Now on the stand. WC Deputy Sarah Vaught
@journalnews

Vaught says she was given information that remains located a few days before had shown indication of being burned. She said they were going to investigate that fire pit in the back yard.
@journalnews

Bones were found in the fire pit, but they were determined to be animal.

I find it interesting that she isn’t there. Unless I’m incorrect and she came later but yesterday and today they only mentioned her Dad.

I read that Skylar’s mother, Kim Richardson, has been subpoenaed as a potential witness so she’s not permitted in the courtroom.

ETA: Skylar’s father and her aunt are in the courtroom yesterday and today.

Hours after allegedly killing her newborn daughter and secretly burying the remains in her family’s backyard, an Ohio teen texted her mom: "My belly is back OMG," prosecutors say.

Opening statements in the case of Brooke Skylar Richardson, now 20, began Wednesday in a Warren County Court where she faces several charges, including aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, endangering a child, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse in the 2017 death.

Ohio teen texted mom after killing newborn saying she was happy 'my belly is back OMG,' prosecutors say

Deputy is taking the jury throttle photos from the Richardson home, including a carpeted treated with an illuminating liquid.
@journalnews

(bbm I think she means through)

One location, Deputy Smith says, is where there was a small torso
@journalnews

Sgt Smith is walking in front of of the jury with carpeting showing stains and indentations

does that mean the baby was in her room at one point on the floor and that's why she moved her bed over that spot
could that be where she killed her?

Kim and Scott Richardson were photographed arriving Court Tuesday (9/3/19) with Skylar. Mother Kim probably would have been allowed during jury selection and possibly sequestered by judge today if she is a witness.
