Here are many of those 17 denials....
-------------------------------------
Det. Carter: “Yeah? Tell me about the fire.”
Skylar: “What fire?”
Det. Carter: “Well, there’s some evidence to show that there was some, some burning on her.”
Skylar: “Just on her? I promise on anything;
I didn’t burn her. My dad has lots of bonfires but
I didn’t burn her.”
Det. Carter: “Well, there’s some, some charring and stuff on some of her bones, so…”
Skylar:
“I didn’t burn her.”
Det. Carter: “Are you sure?”
Skylar:
“I swear on anything.”
Det. Carter repeats the question.
Skylar: “
That, that I am sure of. That I’m sure, I’m sure of.”
Det. Carter: “You didn’t, like, was there, did you, did you, did you burn anything around her? Did you try to, like, maybe, like melt the dirt or anything?”
Skylar:
“No.”
Det. Carter: “Was there any reason for…”
Skylar:
“No.”
Det. Carter: “Any of that?”
Skylar:
“No.”
Skylar: “
No and I did nothing with fire. Nothing.”
Det. Carter: “Okay.”
Lt. Faine: “Is, is it possible, originally, you put her in the fire pit before you…”
Skylar:
“No.”
Lt. Faine: “…I don’t mean with a lit fire putting her in a fire pit.”
Skylar: “
No.”
Det. Carter: “…no microwaves, no ovens…”
Skylar:
“No.”
Det Carter: “No, nothing like…”
Skylar:
“No.”
