The judge made an exception in this case.
Because she lied to police and told them she gave birth in the bathroom.

She was trying to cover up the blood stain by moving her bed a little.

Well, we don't know that she lied to police. And that wouldn't be an exception to the hearsay rule in any case. Her statements to the police are an exception to the hearsay rule, but the police officer's statement about her statement to Boyce is double hearsay. And again, I'm not sure what any of that - whether she gave birth in the bathroom or in the bedroom - has to do with whether she killed the baby. The police have admitted the baby's dna was not found in her bedroom. So, at best, they can show that her own blood was found on the carpet of the bedroom.

The judge allowed it is not hearsay. normally, it would be considered hearsay but not this time.

Those texts prove mom knew she was pregnant. Mom knowing she was pregnant means mom knew that baby was at risk for being killed if it wasn't killed in the womb, after the daughter chose not to get the abortion the mom was telling her to get. Mom is complicit in the murder and the cover up.

Just sounds to me like a very caring Mother reassuring her daughter before her first OBGYN appt. She’s reminding her that adult choices...sex...means she needs to be responsible and take birth control.

Nothing in this text exchange would be considered anything other than loving guidance if this were no,real circumstances. The Mother doesn’t know...she’s telling her that exercise, etc...will take care of the extra pounds. She’s telling her she won’t be in the room with her.

Big relief there for Skylar. Okay, I can go...and she won’t know. Ha! Mom has fallen for another of my storylines. I just play scary baby little girl and she is fooled every time.
