Is it normal to make a motion like this with no justification given?

The public are, by default, entitled to public information, so I’d think that a successful motion to restrict access to public information would provide the grounds on which the motion is made, but maybe not?

The female police officer who’s body-cam we are watching is high calibre LE. She’s matter of fact and assertive but also caring about the girls well-being and just keeping an eye on everything, even the dogs. She had no way of knowing that this footage was going to blow up like it did.

This guy is astonishing. Again, literally zero concern for his children. He's claiming someone entered the home and killed his wife. Keeps talking about the garage door being open (leading the evidence IMO). He's the husband, the father, the man of the house, he's not aggressive in his language about who did this, where they searching for this dangerous person, thinking out loud about who could have done this, are his children safe, nothing. He sits there like the weak man that he is and sobs for himself.

I like how the female officer, while CF is sitting on the porch with a blankie around him, with the woman comforting him, asking questions (because this sounds unbelievable to her as well), she's (female LE) making small talk with the other officer while CF is jabbering away and it's all being recorded by her bodycam.

I'm confused by the comment about the fridge in the garage pushed against the door. Maybe I misunderstood. Because surely no one breaks into your home, then while in the garage, rams a fridge into the garage door, from the inside. Did CF really not think LE would know what direction that door frame was damaged from? I think this is likely.

When the officer is speaking with the paramedic he's curious how long he thinks AF has been deceased. I believe he's curious based on when the 911 call was made. The paramedic is cautious and says he doesn't think she's been gone for as long as 5 hours (a random number he offered as a marker), but the body temp will tell them when they are cleared to examine her.

I wonder if CF took a shower before making that 911 call.

It will be interesting to hear what ol' CF has been up to the last 12 months. IMO

I don’t think we officially know yet but I remember before he was arrested, the day after or maybe day 2, LE was in their yard and I saw pictures floating around of them digging with a backhoe under the shed in their backyard. So IMO, he tried to bury/hide it under the shed in his own backyard. But nothing has been confirmed about the gun that we officially know yet.

Tipp City had a decent amount of snow that had melted with some warmer temperatures that week and it rained on Feb 15. If he did go out in the backyard, his shoes were probably a bit muddy. IMO.

All this AND a potential five-hour window gives him an opportunity to rid himself of the gun hours before the 911 call.
