Cincinnati Police need help identifying a man found naked and unresponsive near Jack Casino.
On Wednesday around 3:30 a.m., police found the man down in 1000 block of Gilbert Avenue. Officers discovered a male believed to be in his 40s, disrobed and unresponsive.
Lt. Steve Saunders said the man was found near the Jack Casino sign but was not a guest at the casino.
The man is "gravely ill," Saunders said.
Cincinnati Fire Department also responded and took the man to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for an "unknown serious medical condition."
Police have not been able to identify him and need help from the public.
"It's bizarre," Saunders said.

There were no apparent signs of a physical struggle or drug usage, police said. The man's clothes were found a short distance away on Gilbert Avenue and no identification or unique items were located with the clothing, police said.
The man is described as is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has sandy brown hair with a receding hairline and is clean shaven. No tattoos or jewelry were discovered. The clothing that was found was a teal blue Nike T-shirt, Wrangler blue jeans and gray Nike running shoes (size 12), that are well worn.
