Everyone knows that usually when a crime like the Rhodens Massacre happens a movie comes along next, some people might be wanting to be famous over this sever crime, just saying an ego will come in to play when someone is narcissistic, JMO

I wonder how programs like Dateline, 48 Hours, 20/20, etc select the stories they tell. I can't believe this story was not picked up originally and updated periodically

What could they have on the program? Everything is sealed. Most of those stories these TV shows have on are closed cases a few years old. Quite a few of us send e-mails to the producers years ago already. I don't think anyone got a reply from one of them...

Ok Loomis Here is what it is GW4 has 2444 pieces of evidence against him and the other 3 Wagners has 2665 pieces of evidence against them and there is a difference, the link was posted prior to read the difference and that is all that is required by WS is to provide the link.

Thank You so much @Johnny B Bad. I 100% agree. Something didn't add up to me when I compared all the evidence of the Wagner 4. It seemed GW4 had less evidence. To me anyway.
I am very meticulous, and it seemed to me--MY OPINION ONLY NO LINKS--- That there was less evidence with GW4. But I did not post links or state it as my opinion so I apologized and asked the moderator to delete my post. I want to respect the rules here at WS.

Agree, I think the gag order had a lot to do with lack of that kind of coverage. Then AG DeWine probably discouraged that kind of interest from tv/cable media. BCI was even listening in on Ohio news reporters phone calls. It will be interesting to see how much news coverage the W4 trials will attract.

Opinion.....The family Bible was missing when Tony went to look for it in the little yellow house next to Chris's big white/barn shed building. Then HR had put KR's name in a Bible saying she was the God parent.

Then DHat said she found a Bible outside and claimed it might be the Rhoden's but she is not reliable, also it could be in one of the trailers. I doubt it's outside by a road, but it is somewhere. If the Wagners found it and didn't want LE to see what was inside it, then they would have burned or buried it.

My summary of the Discovery docs for the 4 Ws:

Batch 1 - Begins with 911 calls, ends with 3D scans. Total 2448 pp; 2 videos; 18 audio files; 2 3D scans. JW 12/20/18, first filed. GWIV 1/7; AW 1/7 filed next. GWIII 1/17 filed next, contains Batch 1 and 2 - two different discovery documents - one named as Discovery Folder (12/20/18) and one named as Discovery Folder (1/17/19). Only Billy's first part, 2448 pages applies here (the first Folder).

Batch 2 - Begins with 260 Peterson Rd, ends with Wal-Mart photos. Total 2665 pages, 1 video. GWIII, filed 1/17/19 in the second half, Discovery Folder (1-17-19). 1/17/19 JW filed. 1/17/19 GWIV filed. 3/20/19 AW filed (as first part of her Discovery filed on that date. The other part is Jake's 12/20 filed for AW on 3/20.)

Batch 3 - Begins with Amazon Records, Total 327 Files, 5373 Folders (547 gigabytes). 3/20/29 AW filed. No docket entries showing this batch was shared with the other 3 Ws, but some SM articles.

Batch 4 - Begins with BCI Lab Reports CS 16-15195, ends with 19--1294. Total 4401 pp. 4 Ws recd this 6/14/19.

Batch 5 - Begins with BCI Lab Report CS No 17-15710 ends with 17-11826. 396 pp. All 4 Ws received.

Therefore, it is my conclusion Discovery is same for all 4 w's. Please let me know if you find a discrepancy.

That person DH, didn’t LE find burnt cell phones outside her house, that could have belonged to the victims, and what about the necklace that belonged to KR son that pass away a few years prior, maybe another setup to put the blame on another family, JMO

Opinion
She claims that there were burnt items "planted" in her fire pit and that she has 1\2 a necklace with the other half belonging to KR or his family. Basically she has tried to insert herself into the investigation. From now on let's not discuss her, we can't link so we can't post about her..!!!
