According to the discussion in Billy's hearing the other day, it sounds like the prosecution and defense have completed the process of discovery. Since most of the evidence is linked to all the defendants, it opens things up to scheduling final motion hearings and trial dates.

Changes won by defendants during motions hearings will probably apply to AW's case, where applicable.

Now trials are scheduled, a decision made by the judge and state. It doesn't appear these trials will run concurrently, so Jake's is the first. Angela's attorney doesn't seem to be jockeying for position with the other defense attorneys, so maybe they think its better for her trial to be held later. Maybe she's thinking of making a plea deal.

JMO, it's so hard to speculate about what will happen with all the cases until Jake's trial takes place.

I'm pretty sure there will not be more Acts Evidence. There is a long list of Angela's Acts already including threatening to shoot Tabitha, and with hate, being aggressive taking her place as mom not grandma.

All 4 of them have a long list of Acts they did together. Most of it was done together.

A whole list of abuse towards 3 women including spying, recording them, taking a child away from the mother, threatening to kill them, keeping them away from family etc...

All the crimes committed....fraud, arson, theft.

Billy did some things on his own like drawing his gun on both Chris and Angela and drug trafficking. Jake did things on his own like the physical abuse and threatening to kill and bury Hanna where no one finds her body. Sick #$_-+&

I think Chris Sr. was still on alert, that's why he saw them coming and ran to the bedroom, either to get out or get his gun.

The Wags probably stayed quiet for a while. Remember, Jake seems to have gone back to being nice to Hanna after trying to get her to sign the custody documents. He probably went on a charm offensive, being helpful and friendly again. Remember, he even went to visit her in the hospital after she had her second baby, taking S to meet the baby.

Dana used this "evil ones" expression alot (according to a person who knew her)
so it could be just a general statement she made or she was being specific about certain people.

I read all the early Facebooks including all the fake Hanna Facebook accounts (which I and others flagged to Facebook and they deleted them and then her Facebook was changed to a memorial) and I always thought Dana was making just a general statement with her "evil ones" comment.

Until now.

With all this new information I think Dana might have been referring to the Wagners.

Why?

Because of what is said in the Other Acts Evidence. Dana would have known about Billy pulling his gun on Chris due to custody and control of her granddaughter as well as what happened to George's Ex.

And how the "evil" Wagners abused her daughter and were bent on controlling and gaining custody.

Only my take and 2 Cents on it...

The "evil ones" are in jail never to harm children and mothers again.

I already know all that, I was not asking for a link. I think she was asking for an actual link that states that about the tattoos. I cannot speak for her but that is what I think. She may have been more so asking about G4. I do not find that I need a link to anything that I have seen talked about so far the short time I have been here. I was explaining to her how I think the conclusion comes about that they were after the murders.

Billy's jail, not like the others, will not take a photo of his tattoo (that the prosecution wants to use) without a court order.

Opinion

It is a scrape. No inmate could give him a tattoo on his face without serious repercussions. All tattoo items are contraband.

All we can go by is the Discovery..... Which clearly states that there are tattoos in evidence from both Billy and George.

We have discussed this many times and the conclusion has been that Billy's tattoo
is the scorpion but we have no idea about George's tattoo.

Any other opinions on this subject will be dually respected...!

I believe the place on BW cheek might be some kind of staph infection or could be a number of things. He had something that looked similar to that in a picture, in the same area on his face. I assumed they wanted to photograph his scorpion tattoo but it could be another or all of them. There are rumors/speculation that G4 may have a tattoo of a skull with an 8 ball in its mouth with 4 aces behind it. I do not have a link to that so I have no proof of that.

They asked for a photo of G3 tattoo in court because that jail would not let them photo it without a court order. It sounded like if they wanted a photo of G4 tattoo they were able to obtain that easily that the jail would allow it. I do not know that they have asked for his but there is one listed for him on discovery list. It's towards the end of the video of Billy's latest motion hearing, last Monday. Angela Canepa asks the Judge to grant a court order to get a photo of Billy's tattoo. She said they've been granted similar requests for the defendants at other jails, but for some reason the jail where Billy is incarcerated wants a court order.

George 4's jail took photos of his tattoos. Same story for the others if they had them.

BUT...Billy's jail in Cincinnati wants a court order that tells them they can photograph his tattoo(s).

Rest assured, the tattoos that Canepa needs are right there for her.

She specifically said there is more evidence that proves their guilt, including but not limited to
tattoos and Boondock Saints.

It made me think of the logistics of photographing what ever tattoo.... If the Scorpion, they would probably have to uncuff Billy.... scary.

It's weird that the mark is in pretty much the same spot in both of your pictures above (taken on different dates), but it's not there all the time.
