CC, They are several people that are friends and family to the Wagners that are guilty enough to cop a plea deal, if you owned a business would you let someone park all their stuff on your land if they where accused of murder or maybe a family member around the same age that knew a little to much information that could get you life in prison not saying it could be any of those people, but it could be a lot of people that are friends/family with the Wagners,that could have reported them to the law, One question I would like to ask now that we have looked at this family for the last 2 1/2 years and why did it take so long to get on the Wagners trail , (They Should Have Been Arrested The First Week) IMO ????

I think the problem with going after the Wagners that first year was getting enough Probable Cause to get Search Warrants.

Search Warrants to search their property and vehicles, Search Warrants to search Angela's laptop (where they found evidence of hacking and spying) and other devices, Search Warrants to tap their phones, Search Warrants to put listening devices in their truck and in their homes including FW's home, Search Warrants for outdoor security cameras as well as for Walmart security and other store's security and receipt information.

Search Warrants for their Bank Accounts, Search Warrants for the 2 mortgage loan companies, Search Warrants for tax records and credit history, Search Warrants for the police incident reports relating to their criminal activity and for the incident report filed against Jake, as well as Jake's custody affidavit and other custody and civil matters, Search Warrant for Billy's tattoo release form, Search Warrants for all social media accounts including Facebook Messenger, shopping history through Amazon and eBay and other online stores like Bass Pro Shop (using Jake's rewards card) and Tactical Innovations...ECT....

And Search Warrants expire and have to be renewed.

Think about it, all they really had to go on before getting Search Warrants was what people told them in interviews, Jake's phone if he turned it over voluntarily, criminal records, social media accounts....ECT.....

Things said like....

Dying hair, Glock man, custody dispute, treatment of the wives and HR, their lifestyle, a fight and other details about them.

And remember, their Ohio minister and his son (their AK minister) sang their praises, good Christian family, cry over dogs, yada yada yada.

Only after BCI got enough Probable Cause were they able to do all those searches. What they found in those searches built the evidence that led to convening the GJ in July 2018.

Even then, there wasn't enough to indict, BCI still needed 3 more Search Warrants
for:

1.) Bethel Hill Road
2.) FWF
3.) Peterson Road including the well.

Tattoo artist may have come to light in another event. He may have made a deal. idk, could be wrong.

It would not do any good to damage his finger because only the tip of the tail is below his knuckle.

It seems to me Billy's done letting the prosecution and public see his tattoo and Billy might be the reason the jail couldn't get a photo if it - just a thought.

He does and says what he wants according to his attorney. Plus there are all his complaints about the court room, trial strategy, not seeing his attorneys in person, his trial is taking too long and (not fair) Jake gets to go first. He is known as Bad Billy and did what he wanted out of jail including fraud, threats with guns, assault, theft, receiving stolen property, road rage, drug running.

Given all this and his controlling, entitled and self serving behavior, It wouldn't surprise me if the jail did try to photograph his tattoo(s) and Billy is the one who refused to let them do it. The jail then has no choice but to get a Warrant to photograph it.

So what happens if Billy still refuses to cooperate even with a Warrant? What are they going to do, press charges and throw him in jail? Hold him down? Send him to the clink?

It will be interesting to see what happens going forward. I suspect he will get the photo but only under the threat of the judge or jail or both taking away his privileges like what was done to his wife.

Jail is bad but worse if you lose any of this:
mail, visitors, commissary, phone, email, video chat, work assignment... ECT

Isn't it time for Angela's attorneys to file a Motion to get back her mail and phone privileges? Wonder why they don't. Seriously.

"On April 28th, 2017 at approximately 11:35 hours the last position notification was received. The GPS unit ceased to operate. The cost of said GPS Unit Model GL300 was approximately $318.00."

Here is the REQUEST FOR ARREST WARRANT showing Scheiderer was involved in notifying JM On May 15, 2017 about the GPS unit on his truck:
