Some things I wasn't aware of until now:

• Jake's physically abusive behavior included trying to strangle Hanna
• Jake had other people spying on her and reporting to him even after she left and returned home to live with her mom
• Jake made surreptitious recordings of her and his interactions with her while at 2 different residences in the months just prior to the murders
  
• Jake asked Hanna Rhoden not to tell others that her new baby wasn't his
• Jake offered HMR money to put his name on the birth certificate
• Jake limited HMR's access to her own family during the time she was living at his house
• Jake and his family wanted his family to raise S.W. and to have the child think that Angela Wagner was her mother, not Hanna
• GW4 and his family threatening to shoot Tabitha Claytor on the last night she lived with him at his home
• As with Hanna, GW4 refused to let Tabitha contact her family while she was living with him, they also wanted her to allow their child to think Angela Wagner was their mother
  
• Controlling behavior over Jake's second wife, Elizabeth Wagner, including all of her passwords, personal info, installing a tracking device on her phone. Had a PI investigate her. Same behavior as with others - no contact with her family, threats of injury or death, spying on her, etc.
• Incidents of arson on their own properties for personal gain
• Billy threatened Angela Wagner with a gun
• Billy was transporting drugs and engaged in drug trafficking
• Billy threatened and plotted to kill other people in prior instances
• Billy threatened Chris Sr. with a gun a week before the murders
• Billy having others commit perjury and obstruction of justice to cover up his crimes
• Billy Wagner only moved to FWF because his father was ill. Otherwise they all lived together.
• Engaged in counter-surveillance activities to keep LE from investigating them before, during and after the murders.

There are other acts listed, but they're things we already knew from news reports, indictments, etc.

Bumping 2 paragraphs from Betty's Summary Post:

She (Billy's attorney) doesn't like phrases in "other act evidence." Complained about 35 violations by state. Attorney says yes they will be filing objections to ALL 35 ACTS.

Canepa gives them notice of the general nature of other acts of evidence. State has met that burden. Reasonableness is ok. A week in advance of trial has been considered reasonable in federal courts to introduce other acts evidence. If they want to object to all 35, they can do that, and if they do, State will respond.

I took that last paragraph to mean AC was saying the prosecution may introduce more "other acts evidence" as shortly as a week before any of the trials begin. That time frame has been ruled reasonable in federal courts. Enough time for the defense to prepare arguments against new other acts evidence. Defense was trying to argue against it.

ICBW, but I got the impression from AC that there may be more evidence like this that could be introduced. Of course, there will be all the direct evidence of Wagners killing the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley.

It was in one of the MSN video that has been taken off but Lenard spook about the police being up on UNION HILL when the fight was going on, if you recall Jake had a interview with a reporter and was ask about the fight with Hanna May during Billy and Chris Sr. fight and Jake made a mistake and said no I did not kick her door in on Hanna Mays mobile home. JMO

Makes me wonder if KR witnessed the police event?

In the last 2 minutes of the video, when he turned, I saw something darkish on his cheek. The side that was facing away while he was sitting. Or maybe it is a scratch or just lighting.

I would say that Pike county residents are glad Billy Wagner and his crew of misfits have been locked up for the past two years and a half years, JMO

Likely but for general concern. Remember at that point they really weren't suspecting the Wagners. JMO, its possible in the early days after the murders they caught someone lurking around late, trying to get into one of the trailers. Just a guess. LE wouldn't have said anything publicly if that happened.

I finally had a chance to read the other acts evidence document. The things all of the W4 put HR plus GW4 and JW former wives through makes me sick to my stomach. Both former wives are lucky they're still alive!

I noticed in the other acts evidence on the page where it talks about their criminal enterprise, item #2: Multiple instances of theft by the defendant and his family (gas, tractor trailers [BBM], shoplifting, etc.).

Any thoughts on the "tractor trailers" notation? I wonder if they were stealing from the contents of the tractor trailers and selling the items on the side. The shoplifting could be the same--steal items from store then sell them on the side. JMO

It looked like a long reddish scratch to me. If an inmate tried to tattoo Billy's face
the jail would go ballistic. The tattoo paraphernalia is contraband. Remember, Bad Billy's attorneys say he has complied with all the jail rules, apparently a model inmate.

Billy's was revoked in October 2016, but JW and GW were headed to pick up "their truck" when they were arrested in 2018. I'm still unsure whether they owned the truck or someone else (their employer?) did.

ETA: FW's farm could have been the legal owner but the grandsons actually operated it.

And as owner you don't have to answer to a company on mileage, etc. They could go anywhere anytime. Could be why the audit was refused in Oct 2016. (According to DOT link the other day)

According to the statute I linked earlier, Ohio also thinks bribinh or threatening witnesses for criminal trial and grand juries is a misdemeanor offense. No wonder we have so many criminals in elected office here. Ohio is such a messed up state.

I thought bribery or threatening witnesses and especially Grand Jurors in criminal cases were felonies? I would have taken that being so for granted. Now I want to check my state.

Edit: Yes, all are Class D Felonies.

Probably pertains to an inspection requirement by the DOT, a safety audit. Might mean a drug test on the driver. The website requires an account to read full pages.
