Maybe the Rocky Boots caper involved a semi-truck load?
Edit: There was the Jones raid on UHR when the motorcade of people tried to storm UHR. Was just looking into it all the but can't find the date of the motorcade. April 12 was RM's fb threat, and maybe Jones' fb threat too.
Maybe, but I'm not sure. There was something he said to the news media back then about a fight that happened the week or so before the murders. Should probably look back in our old archives here.
At the time, in discussion here, everyone assumed KR was involved. There was debate over who was fighting and what it was about. Some thought it had to do with drugs, others with the demolition derby fight, etc.
Tomorrow, I'll try to go back and pull some of those discussions. Somehow, we were all discussing that fight several weeks after the murders. The information came from some legit source or quote.
The fight between CR and BW was mentioned at this link, and if you go down under the video you can also read the news 12 article.
Thank you.
I am still not clear as to why Canepa resigned as Attorney and became a Special Prosecutor. Is that correct?
Watching over Junk?
Just someone more experienced to guide the trials?
I thought it was demolition derby fight. A teenager's thing.
I wanted to come back to update the location on the “Boot Case” from the other day. It appears it was filed in Pike 8/6/09, though RMB is in Nelsonville. The note around RMB is on PikeCountyCourt.org in the entries.

I wonder if it was a lack of speedy trial or actually due to want of prosecution.

That's it! Thanks! It wasn't a bunch of teenagers having a fight, though. The encounter had happened with the Wagners, likely related to Jake coming over to force Hanna to sign the custody papers.
ETA: We assumed that Kenneth Rhoden helped out with that patrol, hence the Wagners feeling they needed to kill him, too. Rhodens wouldn't have been patrolling the area with guns to bother with some teenagers.

Not related to the Rhodens or Kenneth Rhoden either. Or if they were involved there is no proof of that. Not sure what you mean, it was the teenagers that came over as far as I know and that incident was not related to the W's.
Thank you. Really good explanation.Canepa worked for the Attorney General's Office as a Special Prosecutor. She was put on the Wagner case because death penalty cases must have a Special Prosecutor.
To state it simply, she quit working for the AG's office. Her resignation letter did not state the reasons for her decision.
However, this meant that she was off the Wagner case due to the fact she was employed by the AG's office.
Junk then hired her to work for the Pike County Prosecutors office because he and the families wanted her to stay on the case. She has been involved with the case since the murders occurred.
Despite the fact she is in essence a free agent, she still is considered the Special Prosecutor on the Wagner case.
She is a well known prosecutor and is quoted in alot of articles about this high profile case, she was a Special Prosecutor on this case:
Steubenville High School Rape Case
The Steubenville High School rape occurred in Steubenville, Ohio on the night of August 11, 2012.
The Special Prosecutions Section is composed of career prosecutors who try serious felony cases throughout Ohio. The Section’s prosecutors provide pre-trial consultation on complex criminal matters and serve as trial litigators on serious or conflict-of-interest cases for County Prosecutors.
Prosecution - Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost
So the drive-by with the carloads of people didn't happen? Or the Ws were with them?
