Probably, but AC only presented a summary in the Statement of Facts. It did say he admitted to killing 5 of the 8 victims. We'll have to see what happens with the other cases. It will take a while longer. Some may plead some charges, but not others. If any of the other 3 didn't kill anyone, they may try not to plead guilty to the murder charges. IDK. The definition of murder includes knowing a murder is taking place and doing nothing to stop it.

I agree it sounded that way. So the weapon was somewhere that it could be retrieved. He just couldn't part with it.
MO. I always pictured a big old tree with a hollow spot.

In closing AC said Jake confirmed many details that LE did know, but said JW also added some things that had not been previously known.
I'm assuming the location of the murder weapons was one, but I'm very curious to hear other unknown details.

My heart is with the Rhoden/Manley and Gilley family's. Hope this allows them to begin a long healing process.

Thank @PrairieWind . She gave us a tutorial on plea agreements and how the lawyers and judges structure them to make them work. She did that back when Rita Newcomb made her agreement.

The sentencing comes at the end, after the witness has cooperated to the satisfaction of the judge. I assume in Jake's case, that will be after he testifies against the others.

Betty, after 5 years, I am so glad it’s over. I do hope we get details of what happened, but, if we don’t, I’m just glad we got a guilty plea because all it takes is one juror. I have a real distaste for the Wagner’s but Jake earned a tiny bit of respect today for doing what’s right. Hopefully he did this with his daughter at heart so now maybe she can build a life that the sweet child deserves.

if so, wow, we never figured on purchasing a vehicle just for the night. unless, does this relate to the red truck? Doesn't seem so. idk.
