I agree they are all guilty. The conversations I have seen are people talking about strategy not them being innocent. I do know of a few that I think that may be interested in your property though.

I believe it may be possible if the defense can show that JW exhibits a pronounced disposition to lie.
If they can cast doubt on his willingness to tell the truth.


The court would have to weigh the infringement on the witnesses privacy. If his credibility can be challenged with effective cross examination then the judge may rule against a motion to request an evaluation.[

About Billy, Angela and George not being involved, this is what George's attorneys want the jury to believe.

George did everything with Jake his whole life but suddenly George is oblivious to Jake taking it upon himself - with 3 guns and 2 cars - to kill 8 people.

1.) Not to notice all the murder kit purchases.
2.) Not to understand the contentious custody dispute.
3.) Not noticing Jake building silencers.

4.) Not to notice that 3 guns are missing and one happens to be George's favorite gun - the Glock.

5.)Not noticing all the surveillance Jake did.
6.) Not seeing the floor plans Jake shared with him.
7.) Not noticing that Billy and Jake were missing from Peterson Rd. that night.

8.) Not noticing that Jake is burning evidence, like the VCR for starters.

And on and on....The Jurors will see what is going on here.

Not realistic that George had been glued to Jake for 28 years and then suddenly notices zero from Jake in the planning and carrying out of such horrendous henious crimes.

George turns a blind eye.....The Jury makes him see.

I take all this medical and mental records stuff with a grain of salt.

Otherwise we would have the defense in criminal trials shouting FOUL all the time.

No, Ohio doesn't use the jab or anything right now. Pharmaceutical Companies are refusing to even make the drugs to kill inmates.

This week on Wednesday and Thursday this Motion was filed. I am posting because I think it shows that Angela, for now anyway, is still going forward towards trial. No sign yet of her giving a guilty plea.

If she is requesting experts it would likely be to counter the bloody shoe print evidence and counter the matching shell casings evidence.

The conversations I've seen and read were not about strategy and certainly not about them being innocent. I see them as guilty and said as much., therefore innocent is never mentioned by me. Never has been, never will be. Thank you.

Well I think it was Jake's defense that wanted to get the shoe print and ballistics reports thrown out.

So the experts in Angela's Case could be the shoe print and ballistics experts, and the defense wanting these experts to get this shoeprint and ballistic evidence thrown out.

Note that the defense is doing everything it can and this includes getting evidence thrown out.

I've thought so much about this case. It has been part of me ever since the murders were committed. Having 2 sons and a grand daughter around the same ages as the two youngest defendants and that precious SW, I have put myself in the place of AW. Nothing computes in my mind as to how she thinks. And yet...I still try to figure her out. So here goes. It looks to me like there is no way in the world any of them can be found not guilty, so why would they even try? Maybe Brother George thinks it is possible he would squeeze by, but Angela? If I were in her place and knew my family and I would be separated in prison for the rest of our lives and I would NEVER EVER EVER see them again, I might go to trial just so I could see Jake in the flesh one more time before I died. Even if I knew he would be there to testify against me. Just to see him...I don't know, I don't think like them. But this comes to mind.

I've been following it also. I realistically don't see the W4 have any way out of it.

I think we agree, lets all hope they are convicted soon, with as little additional heartbreak to the remaining family as possible.

I am interested in their strategy also, but I am interested in that type of thing anyway. Seems when anyone talks about what their strategy is I feel some take it as that person saying they are innocent and it makes them upset. The two are very different things to me but apparently maybe not to some. Hope you do not mind me replying to your post.
