Hi @NWLady You could very well be correct also.

I think if Angie did any shooting that night it would have been KR. They did not need Angie on UHR.

Jake did all the shooting at 2 locations and I believe the evidence shows all 3 guys were in Chris's trailer that night, thus, having Angie there would be unnecessary.

Point is I believe it all adds up to the guys shooting everyone on UHR and Angie being there would not help.

How she could help is to watch the kids and make it look like all 4 of them were at home that night. She would be there to answer everyone's cell phone and answer the door if necessary. She could even be on the computer to show "they" we're home.

Angie was the murder instigator orchestrating much of it but not necessarily wanting to do any shooting. Let the others deal with the shooting and the clean up, she can stay home to help with the alibi and pretend that she is the "real mom."

Humm...The users of the knife, like if it was used to cut down trail cams, would be wearing gloves. Now who would touch it without gloves? Maybe it was Angela after watching Boondock Saints when she was going over their supplies before sending them out, making sure they have the knife as if she is sending a packed lunch to school. (Hypothetical)

KR and LR were on the very front row on JW side in the court room. I believe his ex was in the back of the courtroom. He had been looking all around at everyone in the courtroom a lot it seemed to me when he was sitting down.

Maybe he was, still thinking they was going to escape. That this was a diversion for him to make his break.

This case has had more twist and turns then any back road in Pike county. And the end is know where in site, in my opinion.

Even if the knife was used as a construction tool wouldnt neccisate getting rid of it in concrete. Knife cant testify. It would only be in the cement bucket if was directly involved with harming a victim. I hate to even say it. Putting a metal knife down there w the guns knowing about metal detectors and divers was a risk. But it would have been riskier to travel back home with anything that harmed the victims. I believe those cement buckets were deposited after the deed and also they probly waded into the water themselves get rid of trace dna. I always thought the poem line wade in the water get out when she blow.. referred to the 3 men disposing of the evidence at the pond then wading in until angie came to pick them up. Jm humble opinion

You have a very good point here about the knife. It was more then just a knife. It had been used as a weapon. MO.

I think it can harden under water in a bucket if it is sealed air tight.

I guess I was showing my age by not knowing these products exist. It's been awhile since I had the need for any. So there was no need to sit around waiting for the mud to dry. Hmm.
I also didn't know that it would harden under seal.

Hey, I had to learn about it too! ...

So my guess is that the Wagners used a quick drying cement that comes in a bucket, perhaps similar to the ones I posted.

They started before midnight then finished after midnight. I had thought they did it at something like 2:00am. Seems they did the crimes as soon as Dana came home and spent the majority of their time quick drying cement and probably burning whatever would burn. Clothes, masks, gloves, shoes, etc..

A burnt VCR is in evidence and the maglite from their cistern was exposed to fire.
