A couple changes are going on and these changes to George and Billy make me think the possibility of guilty pleas are coming. Just wondering if this could happen.

1.) Time change. George's Hearing has changed from 1:30 pm to Noon and Billy's has changed from 11:00 am to Noon.

2.) Warrants being served to transport them.

This I think means more security being used to transport them.

With the Warrant served to transport Angie she was seen after court being escorted into a white van with other white vans parked next to hers, extra LE presence, and all LE officers were wearing bullet proof vests.

This was not the case for George when he left court the last time he was there. He was escorted out of the building into the back of a regular Sheriff's car. There was the normal amount of LE present and they were not wearing bulletproof vests and there were no vans and no extra police cars parked together etc....

George hearing is still at 1:30. They are to pick up G4 at noon to transport for a 1:30 court time.

BW is still listed for 11:00 as of now. They are to pick him up at (12) which more than likely is a typo.

I still think the sudden Warrant updates are due to enhanced security. Could be because they are going to plead guilty or could be there are simply threats we do not know about.

Since Jake pled guilty there could be more vocal threats against the family, could even come as threats sent to them personally through the mail.

This is a high profile Case hurting multiple people and no doubt puts a target on the Wagners' backs.

It probably is. I think the regular hearing motions will be heard, the proffer one is probably kind of mute now. Patrick may still want to cause a little fuss about it if he can.

Either way we do not want to miss a hearing or a plea deal, whichever it is. AW's said motion hearing. JW's said status conference so they may be trying to trip us up. ha

I would hate to be in her shoes, because the Cartel is not going to take it very well being accused of killing of 8 people two mothers lying beside their baby, covered in blood and by their self for several hours, AW will meet her match in prison.

Remember they didn't disclose the Proffer in case another Wagner wanted to plea, they didn't want them influenced by Jake's Proffer. With Angela they compared what she said against what Jake said in his Proffer and found out they were the same story. Comparing the stories weeds out the lies.

They may be waiting to see if Billy will come forward to plea and for the reasons I mentioned they want to keep the Proffer from him.

Why give it to George? George has made it clear he is not going to plea, he is going to trial. If George sees the Proffer of his mom and brother, this could be what pushes him into giving up his trial aspirations.

If George pleads then this will cause Billy to plead. If George doesn't plea then Billy won't. Billy will wait to see how George's trial goes I think.

Given AW’s includes information of “other crimes committed by the family over the years”, could this mean more charges could be coming BW’s way related to past crimes?
It could potentially be much like making sure AW’s story was consistent with JW’s, they may want to see if BW’s in consistent with AW’s.

I think she gave a lot of information about Billy's criminal activity, that will bury Billy in court and solve many open crimes. To get her possible sentence reduced from DP to LWOP to 30+ years, she must have spilled LOTS of information.

IMO, Billy had a lot of high level friends in both the pill and drug/narcotic business'. They definitely will not be happy with either AW or Billy.

She's turning evidence on her own family. Who do you think she means when she is telling the Prosecution about other crimes that were committed? (Name starts with B). Believe you me she is not just talking about herself.

Also she is verifying her sons' and husband's guilt in all the murders and crimes.

However, do I think it's possible she could have implicated a person or persons outside of her family in committing crimes? Yes.

That could be a problem for her. A big problem in prison.

Being seen as a snitch comes to mind.

The judge ordered them to turn over the proffer to G4.

They have to give it to BW also, they may wait til they file for it before giving it. They are suppose to turn it over anyway. It is discovery.

JW and AW proffer together may help G4 negotiate a better plea deal more so than if he did not have them. It could help him at trial more or it could hurt him more. It just depends on what they said about his involvement. He was in the homes in some capacity but not sure what JW may have said G4 involvemet was while in the home/s.

JW's proffer helped AW in my opinion. Even though it had not been turned over, the State said in a motion(that I posted) they verbally had told defense lawyers what it contained. That would have been by August 13th. I doubt every detail was told but I bet the main things were. Knowing that JW said she did not go and her saying she did not it helped her negotiate a better deal is my feeling. That supported her story.

I had never thought her plea woud be LWOP, but every time I said it, seemed you tried to sell me some ocean front property in the desert. ha
