I agree with you. I don’t know why and how BW was charged with forgery. Maybe it will be addressed in November.

IMO, the forgery charges were considered to be part of the criminal enterprise so the state charged each of the W4 with identical 22 charges (and added count 23 for JW for sex with a minor)--the throw everything at the wall and see what sticks theory.

I highly doubt there will be anything done with BW's forgery charge in November or at any point in the future until he either works out a plea deal or he goes to trial. I fully expect the forgery count against BW to be dropped because it was only done by AW, GW4 and JW.

Does anyone have an approximate time stamp or general idea of where in the video from GW4's bond hearing last August that AC and Agent Scheiderer were talking about "religion"? I know they made a reference to GW4 buying a Captain America mask but that this purchase was out of place because it is against the W4's religion to celebrate Halloween.

I think it was about this same point in the hearing that information was also given that one of the boys teased the other about their "religion". I've always recalled it that GW4 was teasing JW, but in some of my notes from that day I had copied a post where another poster said JW had teased GW4--the other way around. I just wanted to confirm which is correct.

With respect to the teasing, though, I always wondered if it was just a sarcastic comment--the kind with an eye roll after it--not actually talking about their actual religion. Just a possible example, one brother saying to the other brother something along the lines of, "Religion? Yeah, you got religion alright. You murdered eight people. " Or maybe, "Yeah, you got religion alright. You like to worship pretty girls." Just brothers teasing each other sort of thing maybe?

Yes, I've had trouble occasionally for the last couple of weeks. I think it's a combination of lots of traffic on Gabby's thread, also the Murdaugh murders thread.

Both cases are getting a lot of news coverage, so when some big news happens, the servers here get overloaded.

I'll put it this way. He kept one tatt of an Arachnida, on his hand, sort of out of view if possible, and there were a few other tatts, that were related, from my knowledge, to a Celtic type of belief (this would include the Arachnida on his hand).

I knew you would be able to explain those tattoos to us. You have been here since day 1 with us and know this case inside out. Your knowledge of this case has helped all of us tremendously!!!!!!! We finally got a couple of them on their way to prison, and I am hoping the other two follow soon. I still think their were more W family members that if not involved, at least knew before or after what was going down. I am hoping there will be charges to come after these four are over with. I am looking forward to reading what the Jake had to say for himself. I am betting he is going to be blaming everyone but himself for what went on that night.

I must have been fast then because I knew Jake did it a couple of weeks after the murders. Right after I read that fake sob story news interview he did where he said "We just missed it by minutes". Well I am like Leroy Gibbs (NCIS) I don't believe in coincidences. Then there was the GF account begging for money for legal fees. I have to say though it was much later that I suspected his whole family was involved in it. That threw me big time.

But as I have said many times Jake is just the garden variety pond scum that abuses women. In my eyes he is worse because he groomed HR since she was 13. So to me that makes him a child predator too. HR was a victim long before she was murdered.

Great find! "Months" before at that time meant BCI wasn't trying to unfairly target the Wagners as suspects. They were looking at everyone who bought that type of shoe. Now, two of them have confessed, so it won't help for anyone's defense attorney to argue that "lots of people" bought those shoes.

It tells us a LOT about George 4 and his attitude towards the Rhoden family members who he was planning to help murder. He wore a Captain America mask that night, knowing toddlers and little children would be present while they massacred their parents. Monster. LWOP.

I definitely remember an article where Jake said he was looking forward to celebrating a Holiday or Holidays with his child since he didn't get to celebrate growing up.
