If you are going to put a gun on someone's head basically and shoot them I am not sure how hard that is. Doubtful that anyone would miss. So not kidding ! Reaching across to another person in the bed does not seem that hard to me, unless maybe they have a triple size King. Putting one shot in each person to begin with seems pretty easy once you are that close to them. Point Blank Range.

I am not sure they did not have some type of lighting with them. I would think they would at least have some low type of light with them if they are entering homes.

I agree. Besides how big of a bed could you fit into a bedroom in a mobile home. I haven't been in many mobile homes, but the ones I have been into the bedrooms are very small. A queen size bed would have taken up most of the room.

George was involved but if he was the smallest part of all why didn’t he plea deal first. He had all the info to take them all down and according to his attorney Jake didn’t say he killed anyone. I think George did not plea because to plea the families have to approve it and I do not believe the families would accept less than 30 years without parole or early release.

I don't know what his defense (FW?) thinks they are trying to do with the media push but all this is doing is making him look worse. I do not believe any Pike County Juror is going to be swayed by any of this:

Bible reading, George didn't shoot anyone so drop the 8 aggravated murder charges, it was other people according to a critical witness, no wait, it is his brother who did it and he has mental problems and lies about George's involvement.

According to the Motion #73 he is innocent because:

1.) No DNA linking him to the murders.
2.) He is not on video confessing to the murders.
3.) There is no video conclusively linking him to the murders.

So drop all 8 murder charges. No, jurors are probably tired of all this and want him to take responsibility for his participation which he refuses to do in any way shape or form. He vehemently denies his involvement according to Nash.

Expect years of him appealing his coming guilty verdict.

From what sworn statements the prosecution has from different witness says that the Wagners operated as a UNIT, and every decision had to be Voted on, and do you all really think that the Wagners went on a Mission to exterminate the Rhodens/Gilley family, without having Big GW4 for backup, JMO GW4 helped in every other way to kill that family and if he said he didn’t shot NOBODY, that doesn’t mean he didn’t help murder the 8 victims, JMO

IMO, not yet. I don't think she will go to prison until she is formally sentenced. Not sure when that will be. I don't think AW, JW and RN will be officially sentenced until GW4 and BW's cases are resolved because they have agreed to testify against GW4 and BW if they go to trial. Don't think they can be sentenced until they have completed their part of the bargain but not sure. JMO

These 4 are going to 4 different Ohio prisons, they would not be shipped out of State unless it was under extraordinary circumstances. Believe me, it is the State of Ohio who wants to carry out the justice on these 4 and would prefer to keep them in Ohio.

There are plenty of men's prisons in Ohio to keep the 3 guys separated. This will be the issue, keeping the 3 separate.

Keeping Jake safe from the others for one thing because he snitched, and then keeping them from devising an escape plan together.

“Completely shocked,” he said of the plea deal. “Nobody expected this.”

“I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a family member going against other family members,” Allen said. “That’s what kind of surprised me.”

This might have been their very original plan and story, concocted at the original summit at FW's home, before they were arrested. The W4 might have agreed to a story back before they were arrested. They would all corroborate the story JW and AW told, so that G4 would be free to aide and abet them in a prison break or in a revenge plan.

IMO, if that was the master plan, it might be going very sideways right now....

If JW and AW's proffers turn out to be not truthful, the whole deal to get the DP off the table for the others will be invalid too.

IMO, they are playing with fire, but that's never seemed to bother them before...
