I think today was the worst audio so far. I used some bluetooth earpieces I got last Christmas and they were pretty good, but some was still unintelligible to me.

Maybe when its posted later, I can listen again. There was at least 1 motion I couldn't hear the Judge say was resolved because someone coughed.

He was talking kind of fast, too. I suppose it was because he had so many motions to get through.

Next motion hearing December 22, 2021 9 am. We can schedule a virtual Christmas Party in the thread!

Also news was that some of the defense motions were withdrawn, including their demand to depose critical witnesses (that's what a trial is for, it's called cross examination) JMO. I need to check on the others, couldn't hear very well.

Conspiracy is easy to prove in his case.

• Loaning or using his weapon to help kill at least one of the victims - check
• Helping break into the residences - check
• Helping destroy and hide evidence of the crimes - check
• Helped watch for police or witnesses driving by during the crimes - check
• Helped disable security cameras and remove the equipment from the scenes - check
• Helped take victims cell phones and removed them from the scenes - check

Nash must be really worried about George going to trial. He's flailing about desperately trying to minimize his involvement before the trial.

They are similar and can somewhat overlap in meaning. Complicity makes you as guilty of a crime as the perpetrator even if you were not there. Conspiracy is being part of the idea and planning of a crime.
