Here is a link to todays hearing that seems to have good audio:
The biggest takeaway for me is the judge will make a ruling on the 8 murder charges on Dec 22nd.
Thanks for that link. It took me to YouTube and sound was quite good.

Totally agree.I believe the critical witness was FW and it is very obvious - now - why she isn't anymore.

Just as interesting will be Billy's next hearing on Nov. 15. He lost his argument that he should have his DP dropped regardless of how Jake testifies at trial. He's on his own now and could end up getting the DP if he chooses to go to trial.
BBM, I agree. I am hoping his attorney will keep getting shot down with these ridiculous flurries of motions, crying wolf and trying to get GW4 tried in the media then give in and accept defeat, accepting a plea change with sentence of LWOP.Is that the latest argument George's defense is floating? Is this going to be the subject of his next motion?
Conspiracy is easy to prove in his case.
- Loaning or using his weapon to help kill at least one of the victims - check
- Helping break into the residences - check
- Helping destroy and hide evidence of the crimes - check
- Helped watch for police or witnesses driving by during the crimes - check
- Helped disable security cameras and remove the equipment from the scenes - check
- Helped take victims cell phones and removed them from the scenes - check
Nash must be really worried about George going to trial. He's flailing about desperately trying to minimize his involvement before the trial.

Something has really been weighing heavily on me since AW's plea change; and that is how hard it will be on Ms. Geneva physically to keep attending hearing after hearing, let alone one or two lengthy trials. It is so hard for her to climb all those steps into the courthouse. Even if there is an elevator inside the building to get to the floor where the courtroom is located, there's still a lot of walking for her to do. I'm not sure if she's missed any hearings to date. If so, it couldn't be more than one or two IMO.
I am sure if GW4 and/or BW go to trial she will not want to miss one second of testimony. Heaven knows how emotionally taxing a trial would be on all of the surviving loved ones, but adding all those daily trips in and out of the courthouse will make things even harder for Ms. Geneva IMO. Just makes me want to cry thinking about it. I'm just not sure how she would hold up physically if these last two monsters go to trial.

They won't be dropped. He is as complicit as the day is long, think summer solstice.

I agree totally with you regarding Ms. Geneva, she won't want to miss one second of testimony. I've noticed her mobility isn't as robust as it used to be and I did wonder if it had been caused due to the strains and stresses of having to get to Court, sit there waiting ages whilst all the chat goes on behind closed doors. And for what? Mostly just a few minutes. Anyway, I digress.
Did I see Ms. Geneva in a wheelchair? Or was it a mobility buggy? So I don't know the Court layout at all. I assume steps from street level up to the main enterence doors. I'm pretty sure The Prosecuters or Court staff would help in assisting Ms. Geneva up in a lift, (if available) if no lift available we'll, JMO but I'm sure help would be at hand to make sure she is taken upstairs to Court.
Actually, is the Court room upstairs, or on street level floor. I don't know.
When I think of complicity, I think of someone letting a killer stay in their home or use their car.
George did much more than that.
Emotions ran high at the Pike County Courthouse as members of the Rhoden family gathered to listen to Edward "Jake" Wagner plead guilty to eight counts of aggravated murder in connection to the 2016 murders of eight members of the Rhoden family in Waverly, Ohio, on April 22, 2021.
Geneva Rhoden — the family matriarch whose losses on April 22, 2016, included two sons and several grandchildren — has watched the past few hearings on a livestream from downstairs. Thursday, with help from her family, she made it slowly up the courthouse steps with her oxygen tank and sat in the front row and hung her head as she cried.
She told The Dispatch through tears: "I'm hanging in there."

Rhoden family murders update: Angela Wagner pleads guilty in Pike County court
I found this upsetting to read, not for me, but for Ms. Geneva. She has given her all to all her family members and in a few short hours late on the evening of April 22 and early hours of April 23 2016 she had dearly loved family taken from her. Her heart was crushed and broken. JMO but I imagine she has wept many tears over missed Birthdays, Christmas, and the Anniversaries of the deaths of her loved ones. Yes, it's Ms. Geneva that I weep for.
Wagner IV's attorneys request murder charges dropped
Posting this because it is a rate photo of George outside of the courthouse. Alot of security.

A fine example of complicity...When I think of complicity, I think of someone letting a killer stay in their home or use their car.

Thanks for that article. Interesting and sickening at the same time. There are some youtube videos by attorneys explaining complicity in Ohio if you are interested. Not sure they are allowed here.A fine example of complicity...
