GW and GW4 not thinking they deserve the DP amazes me! They watched, were there and knew of the plans! They look like they are mad at the world in the court room like they are mad at the world when they need to take responsibility for their own actions! I bet their attorneys have their hands full with those two!

Remember FR was also beaten and I believe CRSR was too. I believe they both did more than watch or plan...IMO they both participated in the injuries inflicted.

Frankie being beaten comes from the statement of BJM saying Frankie had a black eye. I believe it is from a gunshot wound not from Jake beating him. They were asleep in bed, Chris was not. My opinion Jake shot Frankie.

Frankie was shot 3x's in the head which means he could have been shot in his face. HG lying next to him was shot in her face.

"That’s when she discovered her nephew and his fiancee dead in bed. She said Frankie Rhoden, who was lying on his back, had a black left eye, but she couldn’t tell where they had been shot: There was just all that blood in the middle of the bed."

The autopsy reports mentioned bruising in I believe CRSR and FR. It's mentioned in general here and other articles.

All of the Pike County massacre victims were shot in the head at point-blank range.

All eight victims were shot with the gun barrel touching their skin or very, very close to it – just centimeters or inches away, the coroner determined.

I think his sick pride demanded that CRSR knew it was him getting revenge. I also think GW4 was with his father that night and was the one who probably killed GR. AJMO

Foam cap can happen for many different reasons I remember it being discussed. Adrenaline can go up also for different reasons, can be a body's reaction process from being shot etc....

It is always possible they heard something but they appeared to have been in bed asleep according to Canepa and Scheiderer at the Bond Hearing.

They were killed by gunshot no indication of anything else as cause of death. If something else was a contributing factor to their cause of death it would be mentioned in the autopsy.

As for George, Angela said the 3 guys left Peterson Rd that night with 3 guns and at least 2 silencers to go commit the murders and was told about it when they came back later. This collaborates Jake's version and shows George was at the crime scenes. Jake also said his family did participate in the crimes.

Also showing George was at the crime scenes might come from bloody shoe print evidence found at 2 crime scenes.

Also helping to show George participated that night might be his fingerprints and DNA on the guns and knife found buried or under water at FWF.

Point is, even if Jake testifies that George did not shoot or kill any of the 8, and even if Angela says she was told by everyone George didn't shoot, George was still there participating in 8 aggravated murders, carrying a dangerous ordnance, committing burglary, unlawful use of property, tampering with crime scenes, obstruction of justice - hiding evidence, being a lookout, being a driver, intimidating victims etc....

He participated too heavily to get murder charges dropped.

Billy did not get the DP dropped yet and I predict that Judge Deering will rule the same for George as with Billy and not drop the DP yet and not drop the 8 aggravated murder charges.

A jury will have to decide if he's guilty of 8 murders and I do not believe they will let him get away with his blatant participation in the 8 murders. I believe the jury will find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt. I believe he will get LWOP.

100% yes. How AW got away with the murders makes my blood boil. She IMO was the main organiser and Chief Buyer for these heinous killings. She shopped for for more than those shoes I'd like to bet. All the plotting and planning has her name all over this case.

Since the defense is calling him, I would say they think it will help clarify what they have said in their motion. I still do not see that causing Deering to drop 1-8 or DP. There would need to be several other legal things met and JW would have to testify in G4 favor to those things for that to happen in my opinion. I do not see those things being the case.

Oh yes, well said. Especially the bit about them being a GROUP of criminalsworking towards one illegal goal. The intention was there, planned by the entire clan for the entire family to be wiped away from this earth. All four Ws should share the same fate, DP.
