If she were to testify to all that in court, It would cook them all.
When the trials and all this is over I hope GW and JW ex-wives give details of what went on behind closed doors in that household. We do know a few things but I am sure there is so much we don't know.
I feel quite confident they will both speak out after this awful mess is done and dusted. We don't know, but a book or two could be forthcoming from them. The reporters will be hot on their heels for sure wanting to know more.
I believe JW ex had indicated recently she is writing a book.
It just goes to show the type of people the Wagners are, deny, deny, deny! George must think he's in with a chance or his team is just hoping to play for more time with those stupid motions. Billy just as bad, he's getting the whole pile of p-- chucked on him and going away for life.
From what I've learnt about the Wagners they've bullied, threatened and stolen from folk for years. Maybe killed before they picked on the Rhoden, Manley and Gilley families. It's the end of the lines for these worthless pieces of trash.
Summed up well.
Hello, long-time follower of this thread. So many knowledgeable posters here— I’ve learned so much from all of you. Re: the confidential reliable source, I had no idea Jake’s ex-wife returned with the Wagners from Alaska. Poor thing probably feared for her life. There is a lady witness to the revenge conversations according to Canepa at Bond Hearing. The mysterious confidential reliable source turned out not to be wiretaps like I thought but a person. It's my opinion this person is Jake's ex wife and that they talked in front of her at FWF after getting back from AK.
I think she could be subpoenaed to testify at George's trial about all this. According to Other Acts Evidence there are also other things she could testify about concerning George. Just for starters, that they voted on everything as a family, Angie wanted to be the mom to her grandkids, they surveilled her and threatened to kill her family.
So of course it is logical they voted on murder.

In general, the ignorance and arrogance of the W family is mind-boggling. They are the definition of evil, and I hope they never see life outside of prison.

I agree JW's testimony could help and/or hinder both GW4 and the prosecution. At GW4's hearing last month, AC said JW contradicted himself in his proffer (link below to video of hearing). If JW were to get hammered hard on the stand by either GW4's attorneys or the prosecution attorneys, he could trip himself up in some way that could benefit or harm either side's case. Should be interesting.I think the defense might be glad as to what JW may say for G4 and also worried what JW will say against G4. The state may also be worried what JW may say for G4 and happy about things he may say against G4. Both may dread putting him on the stand for different reasons and look forward to it for different reasons. I think defense is trying to see if they can get anything disallowed then the one with the most traction will be the defense they go with.
That is how it seems to me.

My personal opinion the defense is throwing every and any thing against the wall to see what sticks.Exactly what I think. I think both could be worried that he may do that, especially with some things they claim JW said in his proffer, I could see how he may blurt out something different by accident or even on purpose. Some of the things they claim JW said seem to be a stretch.
The prosecution said around 26:00 that they do not stipulate G4 did not shoot anyone because they do not know. I do not think that is a statement she would freely have made if they can prove it. I do think they can prove complicity.
She states later in that video that JW does implicate his brother as a complicitor and she speaks of being charged as a complicitor if not the principal offender several times.
I also think defense wants JW to testify but is saying he will be reluctant to testify on G4 behalf more than the things he has already said in G4 favor because it may put the DP back if JW does not testify exactly according to his proffer. They want that made clear in the jury instruction that in their opinion he has a reason to stick to his proffer and not deviate or testify positively for G4 other than the things he has already said in regard to G4, that we know about.
That is just my take on it.
I do not think the defense thinks G4 will get out of this at all but may think a jury would give him lesser charges or he may get a lesser sentence if he went to trial.
