Um, shouldn't you be resting, Raisin? Please don't push yourself.

In bed now. No dances today to honor Elder Brothers 90 + years of life and accomplishments. He is a huge loss not only to me and my family but also to my tribe. So many other tribes presenting dances because so many times he lead the charge to get us rights we should have been born with as citizens of this country.
I'm so very sorry for your, and your tribe's, loss.

But did he plan and participate? MOO George learned his family killed the R's at the border in MT. That is why he was so upset. That is when he figured it out with BCI help. So by the time they were driving in 2018 yes he knew.

JMO
The Prosecution has presented evidence that he did plan and participate. Its up to the jury to decide if its enough. But the evidence is there.

I have some questions.

Why didn't the prosecution mention Jake and Angie's conference call through Chris N? Why don't they let us listen to that recording? You know the jail recorded it.

Another question.

Why did the defense have a proffer in which jake said george did not plan, participate nor cover up in the murders?

When did this last proffer come in where Jake says George helped plan and was there during the murders?

My take on it?

Jake decides for whatever reason to confess. Canepa does a huge happy dance and runs on down to talk to jake. Jake gave a proffer. The one the defense got where george did not plan, participate in murders or help cover up.

canepa said no way we are taking the DP off the table unless you give us george too. We have tons of evidence against you and your mom. We will get a conviction very easy on you and your mom then you and mom can sit on death row until your DP is carried out. Then she sweetened the deal. We take DP off the table and give mom 30 years so she has a chance of getting out and seeing GK's. So call your uncle Chris N and have him set up a time you can talk to mom and get your almost word for word proffers lined up straight, and make sure mom knows she has to give us george too if she is going to get her thirty years.

I find it very hard to believe that the jail just let this one conference call get by and no one notices jake and mom are talking in violation of a court order after hundreds of hours recording nonsense in a truck JW and GW were driving. And even more amazing is the prosecution didn't even listen to what they said? Yeah right. You can bet you butt canepa listened to that call. Because canepa set the call up.

And jake being mama's boy got his beautiful sweet angel of a mom her sweet deal.

BTW just for fun since everyone is opting out.

Leave out jake and angel moms testimony and list the solid evidence against george in the trial.

What supplies did GW buy?

Why didn't AC call Uncle Silas who sold them the murder truck? Because Uncle Silas brought the truck to Peterson Rd for jake to buy so Geoge didn't not "Go" with jake and Angie to buy the truck. The truck was brought to George's house to be sold to jake.

Billy told jake to gather the guns and find a vehicle.
Billy told Angie to buy supplies.
What did Billy tell george to do??? What was georges job in the plan????

Billy told Angie to buy shoes so why did Angie buy TWO pairs of shoes if three men were going? I made it real easy for those of you who didn't give this a lot of thought. because only two men were going. Billy and jake.

Why didn't jake and angel mom tell when and who with george planned the murders.

Why did jake say him and Billy palnned they murders when they were out driving the truck without george.
Why did angie say her and billy planned the murders under the carport without george?

Why did Billy say he didn't want to have to go another 20 rounds with george. I am assuming he meant arguing or fighting? Maybe because Billy and jake and Angie knew George wouldn't agree?????

Billy pulled over and asked jake if he wanted to go ahead with this. If george was there why didn't Billy ask him if he wanted to go ahead with it? because george wasn't in the truck.

Billy and Angel mom asked jake if he wanted to talk about what happened, why didn't they ask george? because george was not there so had nothing to talk about.

Jake told george to dig a hole. What did jake tell george it was for? a support pole for the barn. Which it later became according to BCI who were going to tear that barn down and dig up the pole to look for murder weapons.

Too many unanswered questions and no evidence that ties george to the murders.

Now I am tired so will just read your answers.

Without JW and Mommy Dearest, they have Gw4 sitting in the Wally Parking lot, being angry on a line tap, and a bloody footprint that we've seen none of the testing the three went for. Did it match G4? If so, AC would be doing a victory lap, if not, the defense should be showing it off all over. Inconclusive? You're right, they truly have little on G4, but at this point, I think they'll vote him guilty. The family enmeshment is so strong. If he even suspected, he shoulda just took B and left home. He's the only one who seems fairly intelligent according to testimony. He'd been fine. The problem is, believing that he did absolutely nothing to aid JW. For instance, JW says, btw, could you pick me up some ammo when you go to Wally? GW4, I will but no more. He's in it. All the way.

Didn't the Walmart video show AW getting into a truck with the shoes. It looked like GW4 was driving. Did she testify that GW was in the truck that day? Pretty sure she did.

I was always on the fence with this.

It seemed a logical thing to do. IIRC, I was hoping BCI or FBI were doing just that - posting things to draw out the killers if they were there.

It took me a couple of years to read there. I didn't realize it existed. There was already a lot of content posted there by then. Most of it wasn't worth looking at, a lot of scrolling past. But there were at least one or two threads started by people who seemed serious about trying to keep discussion on track. I don't remember the user names there, except vaguely one or two.

I find it strange that jake didn't get that 8 ball tattoo if it was supposed to have so much significance in these murders. After all he is the one who killed them all.

I also find it curious why no one on here has mentioned or maybe even thought about that?
JMO
Here in Australia this is a design bikies and truckies often get.

Here the 8 ball can symbolise an “eight ball of drugs” which is an eighth of an ounce.
The dice and cards can symbolise the “gamble” of the chosen lifestyle, and the skull can symbolise your loyalty to the lifestyle til death/you’ll be living the lifestyle even after you die/you’d die for the lifestyle etc

In the camera angle from the passenger side, you can see GW4's big shoulder and tattoo, sitting in the front passenger seat.

She said she didn't remember, then named off the kids, then just said we were all in the truck.

Listening to the two Alaska pastors' testimony, it appears those two pastors were easily tricked and taken advantage of by the Wagner family. my opinion

I don't think their pastor - the son of their Ohio pastor who also had a church in AK - was fooled by the Wagners.
Caleb Cinereski, pastor of their church they attended in AK said on the stand:

Remember telling media "if they're guilty they need to be punished and if they're innocent they need to be left alone" about Wagners. But it only got reported "they're innocent ... leave them alone" so he stopped talking to media.

This shows the pastor did not say they were innocent. Article makes it sound like he believed they were innocent. He wasn't saying he thought they were guilty, but he obviously wasn't ruling out the possibility of guilt, so he might have had some sort of negative vibe about the Wagners.

Recounts telling the guardian of Beth Ann Armer - he wouldn't let his daughter marry Jake. "Didn't think Jake was really spiritual ... no realness to it ... I wouldn't want my daughter to marry somebody like that."

Said he would have notified authorities if any of Wagners had confessed.

Cinereski says he recommended they wait (about Jake and Elizabeth getting married) especially with the suspicions and accusations floating around.

Once Ohio press release came out - he says "oh my word I guess this is a serious situation" he called 1-800 number. BCI agent called back for interview. Caleb says they went to his church. He informed me they were not suspects or persons of interests.

But BCI agent still told Caleb "stay away from them, they are dangerous people."

He told the church what he knew - Wagners not suspects or persons of interests, just being looked at. So Wagners allowed to continue attending church.

Even though Caleb's dad, their Ohio pastor, describes the Wagners as acting like a normal family and can't imagine them killing people, still, he wasn't insisting that he thought they were innocent. He doesn't say they are guilty but both he and his son seem to think there could be the possibility of it. You don't hear them saying that they are sure they are innocent, sure other people did it etc... It was their Ohio attorney who was insisting the Wagners were innocent, that LE was ignoring other suspects, and that they were being harassed by LE.

From article:

The Wagner family moved to Alaska in 2017, but didn’t stay long, said Kelly Cinereski, a pastor and friend of the family who lives in Seward, Alaska.

Cinereski, who knew the Wagners in Ohio before he moved to Alaska, said they were “just a down-to-Earth, good wholesome family.

“These people wept over dogs, I can’t imagine them taking people’s lives,” he said when told of the charges.

“If they did it, I hope they get tried to the max. If they didn’t, I hope they get pleaded,” Cinereski said.

It wouldnt surprise me if they read and tried to drive the narrative here as they did on the closed site. The mods on this site probably wouldnt put up with the shenanigans that went on over there.

So, yes it seems the Wagners tricked both pastors in Alaska. But keep in mind this should reflect more on the Wagners then on the pastors. I believe by this time the Wagners were master manipulators. Experts at controlling information people had on them. Keep in mind, prior to the murders they honed these skills with various schemes such as insurance fraud and robberies and got away with those crimes. Even governor Mike Dewine during one of his news conferences stated "oh, and the lies they told". Keep in mind several people have testified that it was only when jake and angela plead guilty that they realized they were duped. Not when they were arrested.....when they plead guilty.

Any idea or speculation? The only connection I'm thinking of is one person who got impatient with "trolling" and would create a new thread to refocus the discussion. I've forgotten most of it. I used to go there every few weeks and just skim through to see if there was anything solid.

I do remember a few people who were mentioned dozens of times as the "real killers" were actually not around at all. There were strange, persistent rumors about an individual seen walking down Left Fork Rd that night or early morning. Not true, but it spooked me and did again when AC showed the videos of the Wags driving around that night. Some of that may have been AW spreading rumors that pointed to other people.

I kind of remember occasional talk of searches BCI was doing in various locations, not reported in the news media. Many, many false reports of the Wagners returning to town and being arrested.

Perhaps the jury will get the case by next Monday?
Maybe a guilty on all counts verdict can be reached by Thanksgiving? Would be a great gift for the Rhoden's before this 7th holiday season they will be spending without their loved ones.
