There is something weird going on with this. This case has haunted me from the start. It's been too sealed off. This is one of the few cases where we never saw any bodies being removed from the homes. We never saw them removing the plants. They literally TOOK 4 entire crime scenes and put them in a locked facility.

ETA: The only things they have leaked are things that make the Rhodens look bad. It's like they want people to turn their backs and forget about the case.

I would never accuse Kendra of lying, I don't feel she could gain anything by lying, but I wonder how long it has been since the two of them shared a home? As was established earlier, people's sleeping habits change, and certainly that could be the case here, nobody knows for sure. And, we don't have verification on whether or not Frankie was shot in the eye.
And this BS of sealing all the incident reports and search warrants, and sealing the order to seal the incident reports and the search warrants...How do we know for certain that the order is sealed? We don't have a clue what is in that envelope! We are just supposed to take their word for it. YEAH RIGHT! For all we know, the sealed order to seal could be somebody's warranty for their new washing machine! I know there is probably alot of sensitive material pertaining to this case, but not absolutely every single scrap of paper someone scribbled a zip code on is confidential. LE just takes it to the extreme trying to make everybody look stupid. I wonder how long they expect us to put up with their baloney?

I wish we had an explanation of that "black eye" BJM described on Frankie. It could sure lead our suspicions in a totally different direction. Or not.

If it hadn't been for the press we wouldn't even know about the "grow ops". We would know that eight people were shot at 4 different locations on April 22, 2016, period. Their names might have come out, but the LE hasn't released anything really. I as part of the general public became very scared. A whole family "wiped out" in a quiet rural little town in mid America, isn't even safe to live in ? Anyone, living a so called "normal" life (normal as in mainstream) would be terrified! That's normal! Keeping everything a mystery in a crime of this magnitude isn't "normal" The police, AG, BCI whatever you want to call the powers that be are the ones who are creating this mass mistrust, not the family, not the public.

The biggest fear, is fear of the unknown. I mean, how do you protect your "loved ones", yourself, anyone you love, when you don't know how this happened? Having to wonder, if something you've done or said might "set" whoever it was "off" again? I don't want to know "all the gory details" and I already know more about this "poor family" than I would want someone knowing about me!

All this is IMO, but I'm tired of worrying, I'm tired of being scared and I'm tired of being lied to. Not releasing information in this case is so cruel to the family first of all, and is insulting to me GQ public! Ok I think this little "rant" is over..................for now lol

BBM That's what I've been thinking. No matter what they've been trying to accomplish, it sure didn't work.

What does bbm mean? I've seen it several times and would make ready comments easier.

Like I said, we're just supposed to take LE's word as the gospel, they are taking care of everything, and if we're all good little boys and girls they will put in a good word to Santa Claus!
HEY, LE, remember Cotton Eye Joe? STEPPED IN WHAT??!!

How often do we see bodies removed from crime scenes? Not often, IMO. Because the crime scenes were at isolated locations, and reporters easily kept at a distance, it doesn't surprise me at all that we did not see the removal of the bodies. Besides, what does it even matter? Some of the surviving relatives have granted interviews. None of them indicated anything other than that 2 bodies were found in one location, 2 in another, 3 in another, and 1 in the camper. I'm sure they were asked to corroborate the number of people living/sleeping at each location, just to ensure that everyone was accounted for. If someone was not immediately accounted for, the relatives on scene would have known about it. A frantic search would have ensued. Nothing like that happened. The bodies that were supposed to be in each location were there. So, not seeing the bodies removed does not seem important at all, IMO. Same goes for the plants. Do you think LE lied about the plants? Again, the surviving relatives have granted some interviews. If there was any doubt about the plants, they surely would have raised it. I mean, I don't think this family is giving LE a free pass to make up stories. Just the opposite. If they heard LE make a bogus claim, they'd probably raise a ruckus. And, finally, moving the mobile homes might not happen often, but it's not unprecedented. In this case, LE had a good explanation for it -- that is, making sure the crime scenes were secure, preventing damage from vandals, and saving costs. Nothing about the explanation seems dubious to me.

Just the fact that everybody is frustrated and wanting and needing answers, and nobody, not even family are getting answers. Tony Rhoden stated that in an article posted in the last few days. Murders, especially when there are more than one, TV will have a few updates, as well as having better access to the crime area as opposed to helicopter flyovers and film and pics from down the road. Rarely is the media parked several hundred feet from the crime scene, and we get news footage of road blocks, cop cars, and people not needed on the scene milling about. Everything has just been way to secretive from day one, and it seems to be getting worse!

I understand that they were able to block off the road and that kept reporters back but it's just ALL been so secretive. The motion to seal the documents is sealed itself!

An article from the local news 7/26

Coroner will not release Rhoden family autopsy information
http://www.wsaz.com/content/news/Co...den-family-autopsy-information-388283322.html

"Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says he believes the killings were drug related."

bbm if that is true then the killer/killers knew them well enough to know the location of DR and KR and knew that the ones that they didn't kill would know who the killer/killers were. Just seems that all the adult Rhoden's would have been able to point a finger and that was not going to happen. IDK just seems that a local would know about the location of all the family members. I can't imagine that someone that is doing and dealing drugs would allow so many people to know about the other family members locations. Loose lips sink ships

I have known people that did and sold drugs and it was not common knowledge to their family and most of their friends. I knew a girl that spent 4 years in prison for selling cocaine and most people that knew her were shocked. IDK I am reluctant to jump on board about the drugs. Time will tell. jmo idk

Because being shot in the eye is historically a mafia hit sign. It also could point to cartel. A professional hit, so to speak. All along I was leaning more towards not professional.

Isn't that because of the misconseption that Bugsy Malone was shot in the eye? He was actually shot from the side, but the bullet made his eye pop out of it's socket. Either way, that's the Italian mob, I know nothing of Mexican cartels and their "traditions". My impression is that they jump in with semi automatic weapons and shoot at anything that moves, then leave as fast as they came. Feel free to correct me, in the meantime I'll read up. :)

mexican/columbian neck tie.

Beheading, dismembering, wild shooting and kidnapping seems to be the way cartels roll. I never looked into the Mexican cartel theory, 'cause even though drugs might've had something to do with it, these killings reek of "close and personal". Reading about it makes me more and more convinced the motive will be found much closer to home.
