Grant County Sheriff's Office and King County Medical Examiner's Office worked with Othram to identify a 2011 homicide victim as 39-year-old Jorgé Palayo-Rodriguez. Special thanks to Governor Ferguson, Attorney General Nick Brown, and the Washington State Legislature for funding the case.
