Wow. Her brother seems ready to bury her and move on. I hope they did an autopsy. A head injury (no helmet) could easily be fatal without a lot of bike damage. But the ex’s suicide causes me to pause, along with the early belief that he had killed her. They must have had reason to suspect that.

Officials confirmed Wednesday the body of a woman found in Armstrong County this week was identified by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner as Darlene Harbison, a missing Butler County native.

Darlene was a talented chef, who was most recently employed by The Meadows at Stonebrook in Wexford.

Darlene loved outdoor adventures, fishing, kayaking, motorcycle riding and camping. She devoted her life to her children, grandchildren and family. Darlene was a caring and funny soul, who will be greatly missed by all.

The Harbison family is tremendously thankful for the support and care shown to them.
