PA PA - Kada Scott, 23, left work early, car found in work parking lot, phone is off, Philadelphia Oct. 4, 2025.

These constantly changing stories about when Kada left... I see two possibilities here.

1. A staff member from that facility is involved in Kada's dissapearance

Or

2. The facility itself is a big fat mess to the point there is no control over the staff movements whatsoever, so they have no idea when Kada left. The fact that they have dementia/Alzheimer patients and zero cams might point to this.

According to this NBC video, police say LE want to talk to a man, they are NOT considering this individual a suspect, they just want to talk to him because he could possibly answer some of their questions, and this meeting could take place today.

Also, the arboretum in Germantown. Evidently, a vehicle went in and out of the arboretum around the time Kada went missing. Nothing significant was uncovered in the search of the arboretum.

I'm squeaky clean, and even I wouldn't be talking to police if they were looking for me, and I was "not a suspect". Unless of course this guy is a witness and willing to talk. Regardless, do they not know where to find this man? Do they even know who he is? Would it be obvious to this man that it's him? Police are being very vague about who he is and why he's important.

I find this part of the sentence odd: "and this meeting could take place today". Why would it not, if he came forward? What's so special about today? Why put it like that? Someone with a guilty conscience, that could need to get something off his chest? It all just seems....odd.

all JMO but perhaps they’re negotiating meeting times with this person’s lawyer? that could be why they don’t know when exactly they’ll speak with him.

The reassurance that he’s not a suspect could be deliberately misleading verbiage in order to get him to come in and talk. Could just be semantics, like they don’t have any ‘suspects’ yet, just ‘persons of interest’ until they gather more evidence.

oh, they one hundred percent are allowed to do that. The Supreme Court even ruled that police can flat out lie to suspects.

Is the facility Kada works at ONLY memory care, or do they have standard nursing care services too? I browsed their website and couldn't tell if it was solely a memory care facility or if that was just one of the types of care they offer.

Do we know what her specific job was? Was she providing assistance to residents or doing something more specific like kitchen staff?
