lots of mis information in that article. The dispute was not about the dog. WS said KS BF was not there that weekend. but now we know that he was there and was arrested on SAT. Downstairs neighbors did not call the second time. 2nd time Police were there almost a half hour. what were they doing? if all you are going to do is knock on doors and leave when nobody answers, you don't need 1/2 hour. I doubt KS is as "loyal" as they said she was. New friend shows up the day after boyfriend is arrested, and then spends the night at your place?

ps: I am older than jr younger than rs.

That's inaccurate.

LE did not stay 1/2 hr on their second visit. CP and KS did not answer their door, but neither did TS.

The second visit from LE: 5 Min.

The first visit from LE: 34 Min.

I don't think a reason was ever given. I remember media was banned from the briefing and the search was restricted to about 50 people and a few very specific locations.

No one of the public has ever been told about the lack of searches/lack of large scale searches. Dozens and dozens of volunteers offered to help search, but did not make it into the search party. No one knows anything about why it is so small and secretive at all. I have not even heard any rumors about this. No one knows.

The police never knocked on the next door neighbors door when they returned the second time. They only showed up 30 minutes after the call was made and left within 5 minutes. They never made an attempt to contact next door neighbor and never knocked on his door. He is not speaking because his attorney (who he works for) told him not to speak to any reporters etc, he has coorperated with police and has spoken to them regularly. HE goes to work and comes straight home... just like the downstairs neighbor he is being harassed by locals from all of this. He came outside the first time when police were first called because Kortne was threatening and banging on the downstairs neighbors windows, when he came out she went after him trying to kick him and her friend CP stepped in between it.

Like I said before TS is a great close friend of our family and I really can't see him hurting a fly.

Who else is, or was, it either a permanent or temporary address for?
The apt. can have 3 bedrooms* and I am curious as to how many people called it 'home'.
How many keys are floating around....or go in and out...

I do not know if this would have any bearing on the case, but was curious.

NOTE_ I do not want to KNOW the who per se, but if, kwim.

I just do not understand why they need a lawyer!

I'm not so sure at this point that an attorney is "needed" but wonder if instead Rominger may have possibly taken them on pro bono, since he is a family friend. (just my line of thinking) .. He has been featured on many news outlets recently due to his representation of Jerry Sandusky and has been a great resource to have to get Kortnes face on MSM networks such as HLN. He also has stated that he is getting a PI involved in the case, which may be a resource Kortnes parents would not have had access to without him. I believe at this point he is in place to support the family .. BUT he is also a great resource to have IF there comes a time that it is suspected that LE may not have handled the case correctly from the get go. IMO

I have been on a missing person search or two. While where the searches specifically go and what the items being searched for are kept confidential, no, I have not been involved with a "closed" search such as this one.

Totally agree, he is a family friend and has been involved since the beginning in a support role.
