If you are refering to TS the "neighbor" .. I could find nothing in Lebanon, Lancaster or Dauphin County. I had not heard of any other arrests for him, however CP the "sleep over guy" has acquired an additional DUI since this case started.

I knew CP had acquired an additional DUI and can't understand how he is not in jail. I thought he had a rather serious accident before Kortne went missing as well.

His jury trial is on Feb 2nd for that offense.

Ok .. so what if ... CP slipped KS something (or gave and she took willingly) to calm her down shortly after arriving at the apt with intentions of taking advantage of her once she was lethargic .. he didn't wait long enough and she still had a bit of fiestyness in her and she fought back (stomping on the floor) .. She "escaped" his grasp and ran out the door without taking anything .. CP did not answer the door when LE arrived thinking that Kortne flagged someone down to report him (not knowing the neighbor called for stomping noises) .. meanwhile the drug takes effect on Kortne aaannnndddd .. where do we go from here ???

Feel sorry for the parents, and siblings, this is not a good way to start the new year, I had feelings/hopes, that she was alive right after she went missing but as time goes on its not looking like that is the situation. Prayers and thoughts for the family.

Yeah, he did a stint in Juvie.

I can not find Andy's name being mentioned anywhere in the WS threads earlier.

His name was not directly referenced because we can not sleuth or post info regarding people who are not named suspects in the case. We were given leeway by mods when referencing CP and MR b/c they were the last to be seen with her.

The "comments section" was referenced in that particular PennLive article before.

Meems, if you want to link to a post, click on the number in the upper right corner of the post (in the dark blue area). That will load the page with only the post. Then copy the URL. That URL is a direct link to the post.

So does anyone know what's going on with her apartment, is the crime tape still up, did her family take her stuff or is everything still the same?

It's to bad the footage from the traffic camera's would have been taped over. Do we have any local's on this site?

I'm general vacinity local skeet but not neighborhood local .. I am in the burg about a half hr away. I too wish I knew the status of her apt .. I was wondering if the crime scene tape was still up myself.

Wonder if there is a local-non emergency phone number listed in the phone book so someone can call and ask a general question to LE?

I was wondering, when they were all at the bar that night, I know she was with several males, but does anyone know if there was female friend with them also.

I know there was one fight with a male, does anyone know what this fight was about, maybe she was sticking up for a female friend that night?

I don't recall anything about another female. Just rumors as to what the fight may have been about.
