I had a quick look around on public records and couldn't locate any criminal record for TS...I just find it hard to believe that someone without a violent history (recorded atleast) would have the forward thinking to argue with someone, call LE, assualt/murder someone, hide evidence and or a body..Because even though the police may have not knocked on her or his door, he knew they would be coming back regardless and would have had to be prepared. I also think to imply that there is a LE coverup is a little extreme. In a small town like that people know people and things get out even if you don't want them to.

I strongly believe that the silence from LE and the lack of media coverage is down to the fact that they either know what has happened or know what hasn't happened.

I believe that if a LE officer was meant to attend that address and didn't, then I think foul play would have been investigated straight away to help clear that officers name. One would think that if a LE officer was involved in something like this, or was negligent in his/her duty that they would be stood down pending investigation into procedure.

Regarding TS, I thought in one of the earlier threads it was determined, and I thought confirmed by a poster who knows him, that TS had a prior assault charge. When I have time, I will see if I can go back and find it.

You'd think the landlord would remind LE. Who the heck wants visible crime scene tape on their property, if nothing is happening, investigative-wise, to justify it?

Im wondering if LE was denied access to her place?

Can anyone verify weather or not CP or MR knew the people KS was arguing with at the Hardware bar? Did they deny knowing who she was arguing with or has this never been addressed in MSM articles? I can't seem to find much valid info other than what's said below.

Yep, that's the same information I found, only problem is that the quote seems to suggest that KS may not have known "her" the person she was arguing with, but gives no indication that CP or MR knew, or did not know the people she was arguing with. I know that words can be easily picked apart and semantics are a whole different problem, but I really wish I could find something, anything for that matter that would clear up weather or not CP or MR knew who she was arguing with.

I found another article where SS stated that he knew of the man, but did not know what the argument was about. If SS knew of the man, wouldn't that indicate that somehow this persons name was dropped. How else would SS know of the man? I also considered that CP and SS had a lengthy conversation at one point in time.

Unless someone close to Kortne comes here and gets verified, none of our questions will be answered. I feel like we are going around in circles. Not unlike Holly Bobo's case (except those questions have been raging for 20 months rather than 4) a lot of basic things remain a mystery and no one is in a hurry to clear anything up.

Yeah, I think they eventually found out who the couple was, and yeah, SS had a long talk with Cody, but I don't think they found out from him. I'd have to go back look at the times on the interviews and stuff again. But I know that I concluded to myself that they didn't know who she was arguing with. Which (because I suspect this is where you are going with this) makes some rumors and theories out there not plausible at all, or coming from credible sources.

In saying that though I still have trouble believing that any LE, legit or not would have been able to silence KS in her current state of mind and intoxication. I have had quite a bit to do with drunk people, and they don't tend to do things quietly.....

Kortne was pretty fired up that night ... she would not have gone willingly (quietly) with anyone she didn't know or was struggling with ... my point .. she (most likely) was rendered unconcious upon her departure (removal)... unless, of course, she left on her own.
This is not a "gang type"/(drug related) crime IMO .. someone .. somewhere would have leaked something by now ... (just my opinion) (unless they have and LE is staying tight lipped)

BTW FYI for locals ... There is a "benefit" for the reward fund being held at Overtime Sports Bar in Hershey Friday Night (more to keep the awareness alive that she is still missing than to benefit the reward fund) .. Kortnes dad will be there with a limited number of t-shirts for sale (which I believe they are not printing anymore)

As I have said before...I think WS knows one of KS's friends knows where she is she just doesn't know which friend holds that information.

There is a particular "friend" on KS fb that has mutual friends with CP and MR and I am wondering if the group of friends to this particular "friend" are the group that she started to hang around in recent times....

Really? K meets up with some old friends BY CHANCE. Asks if she can hitch a ride with them. Meets up with some other people BY CHANCE. Yet there is some prearranged grand conspiracy between the three of them to make her disappear. That's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard. How can you possibly be serious? Are you paying any attention whatsoever?
