Adjourned.
I kind of wanted to see them haul BK out and the chains at his waist and ankles.

Thankful that judge Hippler could find not one redeeming quality in BK !!!!
Not one.
And if I’m not mistaken didn’t BT ask the court during his presentation that BH be led out of court with his waist and ankle shackles while the world watched?

I was looking forward to that!

Me too, but we didn't get to 😒 Hopefully a reporter did and we'll see it later!

I honestly think, or hope, that the defense could be brought up on a professional ethics charge for that maneuver.
Providing a defense does not mean blaming innocent people.
Thank goodness JH was not about to let that happen - he put put the gavel down on that.

I do then wonder if Pappa Rogers was LE and if it was, I doubt they would ever disclose that. Maybe someone trying to draw out the killer. Once BK was arrested then PR didn't need to post any more.
PR was also posting on other facebook posts regarding stuff in Ohio I believe it was. I was on the Idaho site while this was going on, and thought it was the killer, but then someone shared a screenshot of a school board issue in Ohio, and we realized it wasn't him. Though of course he could have faked it.

Well yes... I think he made the best decision rather than the risk of a juror holding out and BK 'walking' or some other equally horrible outcome (reduced sentence or parole in ten years ?) ; but imo, they can say whatever they want, as long as they don't do anything to get into trouble.
They are hurting so much and it's not going to get easier, again my .02.

At least S.G. held it together for his statement.

I've seen from a distance what the death of an adult child did to people and it's not good.
A friend's 29 year old friend (co worker) and his parent's only child, passed from a winter icy road car accident where no one else was involved.
His dad has lost the plot so to speak and is not doing good at all.
How much worse murder would affect a person !
Loss is loss but for a brutal homicide my opinion is that the grief may be even more difficult ?
Sorry if I'm not explaining this right.

Where a perp willingly snuffed out your precious child's/sibling/cousin/friend's life.
Not going to judge them, & not saying anyone else is.

I don't know at all what they're enduring, and just following this case I'm reeling from the horror they are going through.
Wish somehow it could get easier for them.
Probably only when BK passes, and that could sadly be many, many years.

The families of these four young people have been sentenced to a lifetime of grief.
They can say whatever they want to say.
Imo.
Frankly, I don't know how parents who have lost children go on. Maddie's bio dad and grandma broke my heart. "The only great thing that I ever really did and the only thing I'm proud of." He thought he had time to reconnect with her more as an adult. Only if I had others relying on me, other children, would I stay in the mortal coil after a loss of a child.

TY! Wow must be flooded with traffic I can't even load it.
Super slow. I downloaded some and am going through them.

This is about the glove and the crime scene. IMG_9009.webpIMG_9010.webpIMG_9011.webp

I would say it's brave. People could be very unkind. JMOO

Just being a relative of his in public has got to be incredibly difficult right now. Showing up in court for this, she could be attacked. JMOO

In my experience, they go on, just as different people/souls thereafter. I thank God I've not had to learn this way myself and my heart hurts for all four families today and for the Judge and for the prosecution table. This whole day was heart-wrenching, and the murderer didn't even flinch.

Was anyone else surprised BK gave each family member and friend full attention and eye contact (or at least he was looking in their direction), even more so than his attorneys were. So often that's the last thing defendants do. I was most torn up by the surviving roommate and friend speaking on behalf--their lives are completely destroyed by BK and the insensitivity of the public.
IMO, that is all he is capable of. The flat affect is all he has to offer. He might not think to look down. We can't even say he feels embarrassment. IMO

3. Narrative

On 11/13/2022 at about 1200 hours, I responded to 1122 King Road in reference to

possible homicide victims. Ofc. Nunes had arrived on scene and found a total of

4 deceased individuals. Ofc. Nunes informed other units he believed this to be a

homicide.

When I arrived I entered the residence and went to the second floor. I observed

a female wearing a sweatshirt and underwear laying in middle of the bedroom

floor covered in blood. I observed deep lacerations, indicative of defensive

wounds, on the female's hands. The female was surrounded by blood on the floor.

I observed a male laying on the bed. The male appeared to have suffered from

stab wounds and a laceration to the neck. The male was covered in blood and the

bedding around him was soaked in blood.

In a third floor bedroom, I observed two females laying in bed which appeared to

have been stabbed to death. The female laying on the left half of the bed, as I

looked at it from the doorway, was unrecognizable. Her face was completely

disfigured and was stabbed several times. I was unable to comprehend exactly

what I was looking at while trying to discern the nature of the injuries. The

second female, on the right half of the bed, had multiple stab wounds. The

comforter was soaked in blood and a pool of blood was still present.

I was assigned to hold security at the rear slider door. This was the alleged

point of entry of the suspect. I observed very large footprints in the snow. I

used a tape measure and the shoe size measured approximately 13.5 to 14 inches.hand

The foot steps went to and from the rear slider door. I observed the trail of

foot steps head away from the slider then turn right, around a stump, in the

back yard and lead toward the front of the house. I observed a set of small prints on the window to the east of the slider. The screen to this window

appeared damaged and was laying on the ground. I located smudged finger prints

on the glass slider door. There was a discarded black backpack in the backyard.

I photographed these items and attached them to the case

I maintained rear security until I was relieved by Ofc. Warner. The only person

to enter from this point was Captain Lanier at about 1527 hours.

I thought the house was the target because he could park behind it and watch.

I assumed he drove around looking for houses and this was the one he picked. For all we know, there were other houses that interested him too.

College kids - lock your doors and put up curtains!

jmo
I do think he targeted house but I think he went and looked for house after he learned of it before he ever went there, there are so many houses he could have selected that would have been a better choice for what he wanted to do, I think he selected this house as it was the party house, the popular kids house, it is a very odd choice of house to pick IMO, it was overlooked on almost every side, it was overlooked by the apartments, his car was parked in the open, it was not an easy entrance exit Street system
So I think he selected the house before he ever went there from possible online trawling for student housing, student parties on social media etc
I think these murders were many years in the making, but he had always lived at home and this was the first time he lived on his own, gave him time to take his night time drives with nobody wondering why he was out late at night for hours,
I also think he is just like all the other murderers who have murdered before or after him, as I posted before I think he meant only to kill one, the other 3 were either because they were in the same room or were witnesses, I think he would have killed again if not caught, but he was and is just an angry man, he appears to have never had a relationship, and overtime he moved from fantasy to acting on fantasies like many before and after him
WE should hopefully not hear off him or from him again,

How is he going to pay this? 🤔

I don't understand the ridiculously low fines, or what they're for in this case, I missed that info.
