They submitted in November, but it was a complex search and they got results around Dec 22.
They already had had a tip regarding a student at U of W (Bryan Kohberger) who had a white sedan resembling the sought after car AND was considered suspicious by at least one person, who called the tip line. ANYWAY.
In Document 151, they conclude that one person made several of the searches above, and in the time immediately following the murders. He also had a white Elantra. His name, of course, is Bryan Kohberger.
So, by December, they had so many strands of evidence on him (footage from the Linda Drive house; other footage of the White Elantra going by several times; someone had tipped them that Kohberger had been gifted a Ka-Bar knife by a prof at U of Oklahoma (where he took just one undergrad class in criminology - because it was cheaper than his other school).
And so, they began to plan the serving of warrants in Pennsylvania.

The amount of police work in that first month is just incredible!
