GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #114

  • #701
I hope like heck they are before they were deceased cuz I doubt pics of the deceased, if taken by LE, would be released to the public. At least I don't think.

So, if before... then he was sneaking pictures of them during his stalkings. I'd be shocked, mortified, actually, if he took pics of his "handywork".

From your article:

The records include “photographs of each of the deceased victims [snip]

...

It’s unclear whether the pictures are before or after the vicious stabbing deaths at the off-campus house in Moscow.
I believe the photographs might be these from the document MassGuy linked below.

Totally agree. Do you feel like they're trying to downplay the evidence they had against him to justify the plea deal?
No, but I do think they are supporting anything they can actually prove. Taking the side of caution.

(Snipped and bolded by me)

I imagine it means snipers positioned themselves around the house so they could react regardless of where the murderer showed up in response to the raid (in case he had a hostage or started firing at police).

This full coverage of the house would form an umbrella of sorts.

IMO

I figure it implies the snipers found elevated positions (or created them) around the house.

"They" don't need to justify the plea deal. He got 4 consecutive sentences of life without parole, plus another 10 years. He'll spend 40-50 years in a cell 23 hours a day. They got a confession to 4 murders and burglary, in court.

The best part of the plea agreement is that there is no doubt, among people with even minimal common sense, that Loser is the mass murderer. He can't play Scott Petersen or George Wagner IV and claim to be innocent. He told the world that he's guilty. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty.

And for the cherry on the sundae, the surviving housemates and all the friends did not have to testify and go through cross-examination in court. I'm pretty sure the prosecution, who has had to talk to these kids, doesn't feel the need to justify their decision.

If anything, evidence photos would make the plea deal stronger- not weaker. It proves their case.

I'm sure that the OP will disagree with me but not IMO. Firecrackers bang, and loudly. Polaroids do not bang. They make a faint click and a whir. If firecrackers made faint click whirs, kids would hate them. JMO on that! lol

Reposting what a Polaroid sounds like for those that have never heard one in action:

yes I'm aware - but there are also low-noise fireworks out there (and sparklers, which would give a soft crackling and fizz out pretty fast) I wasn't thinking of the kind you watch in the sky

from the internet: Low-noise fireworks are just fireworks that emit a low level of noise in comparison to standard fireworks. They still make noises, such as the lift charge lifting the firework into the sky and the effect. Think of softer whistles, crackles and fizzles instead of loud bangs and pops.

ETA: currently trying to find Dylan's actual statement

IMHO, JMO, IMO:

I would think that if BK had set off fireworks in the living room, that would have been something DEFINITELY noted on one of the initial responding officers' narratives that we already have in the 0-50 document group.

While the narratives weren't complete listings of everything, finding firework bits inside a residential house's living room (even if they are college students) would stand out--and those narratives did include detail that stood out/were incongruous.

And I don't believe that after he killed Ethan and Xana that he would have slowed down to pick up any firework debris from the living room as he made his rapid exit.

You are exactly right.

Everything DM has said has been proven true or at the very least fit perfectly into the timeline. I have faith BF's will too. Whatever she saw and whatever she heard is not in her head or a flash from a camera. There has to be an explanation for what happened.

Crazy if he took a Polaroid at the scene.
I think in the struggle with brave Xana, a lamp might have gotten knocked over. When the lamp hit the floor, the bulb broke and there was a flash of light with a pop. This was possibly experienced by Dylan in exaggeration (a firecracker) due to intoxication and being half asleep. Not victim blaming just seems like a potential reality. MOO.

I sincerely hope that there will not be any photos of the Kaylee, Maddie, Xana or Ethan at the crime scene published by anyone. I don't think there will be, but you never know considering the leaks lately in this case.

No parent wants pictures of their deceased, dearly beloved child out on the internet for the ghouls to consume.

This Murderer has taken enough away from the victims, survivors, loved ones and entire community. It would be awful IMO to think photos of his crime scene 'handiwork' would be out there for general consumption.

I believe it would give this Murderer great satisfaction knowing they were though. I don't want him to have one more ounce of infamy or pleasure from his heinous actions period. I want him to go away, rot in prison, never to be heard from again until he's carried out in a pine box, sooner rather than later.

JMO
I don’t believe for one minute photos of the deceased will be released.

As heart broken (and I think actually traumatized) as Judge H. and Bill T. and his team are, they would never permit that. They would not permit release out of respect for the kids, their families, and all others victimized by these crimes. OMO. Not to mention it would be in such poor taste — who in the h€|| would be crass and mean enough to publish them. OMG!

MOO. MOO. MOO.

Agreed.

We know that XK collected a DD order... we know the DDD had a flashlight. BF did not know any of that. We know she heard what she thought was the table moving and cups falling which probably occurred during the felon's attacks. BF wouldn't know those were separate, generally unrelated events. Morphed into one sound narrative.

No evidence the felon went to the lowest level (though it's not impossible) so IMO whatever BF heard/saw had more to do with the DD than the crimes that followed.

Maybe that's what woke her up, XK flipping the lights on for a quick second, DD snapping a quick confirmation photo. And BF rolled that over into what was happening a mere ten minutes later when the felon invaded their safe space.

The monster who came out from under the bed.

The face of evil.

IMO there are a lot of places that would publish those sorts of pics. Sad but true IMO. :(

Were the Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman crime scene photos officially released? The Travis Alexander photos? Or were they leaked?

Wow. Something positive to come out of the events? I would like to ask the moderators if this could be allowed. This is Olivia from Chronicles of Olivia who got involved with Kaylee's family, only to fall in love with her brother Steven. Posted by them yesterday.

Steven talks about Kaylee a bit.

Real Life meets True Crime.

I don't think anyone actually thinks it was a firecracker, we're just trying to describe the sound/flash that she experienced. JMO.

DD left the food at the front door. I don't think anyone would have seen/heard her take a picture outside the front door. JMO

I thank the gods, goddesses, and the universe--daily--that he accidentally left that knife sheath with his DNA on it. MOO is that without that DNA, there would have never been an arrest.

Nancy Grace- Aug 6 Kohberger plotting appeal, lurked in the home prior to murders and be friending Murphy
Yes I know some don’t care for Nancy Grace, but many do not know she was a successful prosecuting attorney for many years. She can absolutely discuss the law here.

I don’t see anyone discussing this, it appears BK is PURSUING AN APPEAL!

This possibility was brought up, a condition for his plea was that he would not file an appeal.
Problem is, you can’t sign over your constitutional rights.
So, he may be able to get an APPEAL!

I’m not sure what this means for his future, the evidence has not been presented in a trial so it is not out there in the public realm.
And he has to have grounds for a appeal- what could that be?

Goncalves should be coming unglued about now! And just as things may have begun to settle down. Nancy Grace is not a supporter of the plea deal either, she thinks the prosecutor took justice and a answers away from the families.

Also discussed is the thought of him lurking around in the home prior to the murders, and what this means for his psychology- sexual excitement?!

And- what some have suggested here- that he gave Murphy treats.

IMO
