you know what is bothering me? The rental car or van, I think JP did that to throw of investigators. I think he went the opposite direction. I know he isn't the brightest bulb but you would have to be mental challenged to make that much of a blunder. I don't know with his cocky smile on the interview it just struck me that he knew they were not going to find anything there.
The only thing I can think of as to why he would do something like that is if remembered he left something critical there and he had to take that risk. Could it be to remove her wedding ring? Is that worth risking doing that?
After watching these types of cases since 2002, the beginning of the Laci Peterson case, you'd be surprised how stoooopid some of these guys can be. Seriously.............
S Peterson returned to the scene he'd left Laci and Conner, a ### of times and LE followed him each time. He'd just drive by and turn around and drive the 90 miles home. NOt only that, he then proceeded to stay with his sister, in the same location in proximity of where the bodies had been tossed. Not only that, he used fresh water lures and said they were to catch a certain fish, which was a fish you needed BAIT. Oh, and he told his g/f that he'd "lost" his wife and this would be the first holidays without her (ie meaning Xmas)....but his wife didn't disappear for another month or so...............:crazy:
Then there's others who think you'll buy their wife saved for her departure in a divorce proceeding by putting money away, but then she leaves without a dime................

...........oh, wait! That happened here. Susan was saving in a separate account and her husband claims she left him WITHOUT any means of support!
We have a case right now that the hubby said the wife was {crazy}, without any other sources for that information..............oh, crazy me! That happened here too!
Then on just about all cases, they lawyer up and refuse to talk to LE.......oh, yeah, Josh isn't talking either!
They also usually don't allow the children to talk to LE and then they keep them away from the missing wife's family..........
Although with this case, the alleged grieving husband, (because he said himself this is about the boys and Susan secondary), that Susan left with another (guy) Steven Koecher, where as usually they can't find anyone particular, just IMPLY.............
Oh, and they QUITE OFTEN disparge the missing wife........
See where this is going? JOSH!
I think Josh did forget something that night, or maybe he THOUGHT he had left a trail and went back to be sure no one was looking for her there. It's actually a 'Standard Operarting Procedure' for, ehhhhh............these types of cases. All these guys think they're unique and no one will ever figure it out. PUHLEEEEESE!
See, hiding behind the children and having a whiney look on your face doesn't hide what it blatently OBVIOUS!
~~~~swoosh!~~~~
JMHO
fran
LOL, and to - you know who you are!......
BOO! :seeya:
~tic-toc-tic-toc~
PS.......I think the midnight camping trip with two under 4 yo's and a brewing storm in under freezing temperatures on a Sunday night when one has to work the next day (but forgot it was Sunday and thought it was ????)
, is just about as believeable as S Peterson saying he went 90 miles to put his new (fresh water boat) in the salt water Bay to catch salt water fish with fresh water lures when there's TONS of outlets between home and the Bay on Xmas eve, ..................well, it's pretty clear and KEEPING QUIET isn't going to stop people from NOT believing the story..........:banghead:
