If KC fingerprints are indeed on the duct tape, I think that they should put the DP back on the table.

If she pleads, what do you think she would plead, and what would she get? Does anyone know?

I guess the prosecution has to decide if the plea is even half way reasonable, like if she says now it was an accident, they're going to say no way, right? That's not even plausable. Can she plea manslaughter some kind of aggravated circumstance? Can she plea murder and temporary insanity?
No Way. The prosecution is not going to offer manslaughter at this point. There's too much evidence that it was pre-meditated. Duct tape is not an "oops". Neither is the heart-sticker, the computer searches, the chloroform in the trunk... She'll be lucky to get LWOP.

Isn't a death penalty jury already screened to be able to give that sentence? I'm not a DP proponent but if you don't give it for something like this (especially if Caylee was duct taped while alive, which amounts to torture) then when?
