Where did Blue Bottle's PDI thread end up?

What about the black veil at the funeral? A little too much imo.

:moo:

All the better to hide her face, and I don't mean runny mascara. She was hiding her face behind her hands (and peaking out through her fingers) on the morning of the 26th too. Wonder what she was hiding?

Once again, Patsy's behavior speaks volumes to me. It's not that I let JR off the hook for this, but IMO, PR looked guilty enough for both of them.

Where did Blue Bottle's PDI thread end up?

I was wondering the same. I've been reading here on JonBenet for years, I just don't post. That thread was very interesting no matter who you think killed JonBenet, it was a very interesting theory, I came back to read more this morning and it was gone, without a word, per usual when things disappear here. I thought it was a very good thread/possibility re: PDI. Since there appears to be so much evidence kept back by LE/sealed evidence, etc., we will never know for sure and all of the theories posted here are just that, theories. I thought Blue Bottle's insight into Patsy's possible mindset very intriguing.

As did I. I didn't subscribe to the theory but found it very interesting.

Was kinda cool to have something new to think about....after 15 years *new & interesting" is refreshing....

Yes, it was an interesting theory to discuss/think about. Is there anyway to find out where the thread went? Why it was deleted?

I, too, found it interesting and intriguing and looked forward to more posts. It doesn't make sense why it was deleted. Mods -- please explain!

It may have been deleted because there are one thousand RDI type threads and Patsy is an R.

Just a guess.

:dunno:

Well, from what I've been reading here, all of the information on this case has been posted about and repeated ad nauseum over the years, I see the same stuff repeated numerous times. And I don't recall reading anything about the specifics Blue Bottle was discussing about Patsy's possible mindset. I don't care if that information has its own special thread, but what happened to that whole discussion? It appears to have been deleted versus inserted to a particular thread. Or, in the alternative if it was inserted into a particular thread, can someone please tell us where it is? Or is this another one of those times where something has been deleted for our own good, you know, one of those numerous numerous times things just disappear with no reason given. IMO, MOO, and all that.

So, 1001 is the limit, lol
Because there sure is repetition of stuff all over this topic and website. I also just saw that Blue Bottle is out of touch, so to speak. IMO, MOO, etc.

Inserting Twillight Zone music...

I'm shutting up about it now. :x

KoldKase is gone, too. But by choice. That makes me so sad. I have learned so much from KK's well-informed/researched posts. :(

the 'Boulder DA sued for release of indictment' thread is still locked as well

...and BTW, since that thread (where this actually belongs) is locked for some reason, I'll post this here:

Charlie Brennan's hearing is scheduled for October 11.

http://www.dailycamera.com/news/bou...uit-seeking-release-ramsey-indictment-set-oct

So, why in the world did the sitting judge 'recuse' himself from the case???
And a "retired" judge will be on the bench? What in the world is this about......

from the article......
"Retired Weld County Judge Robert Lowenbach will preside over the hearing after Boulder District Judge Andrew Hartman recused himself from the case."

Recused? A typo or a new word as a result of hybridizing the word 'rescue' and 'excuse'?

Here's a definition for recuse:

challenge (a judge, prosecutor, or juror) as unqualified to perform legal duties because of a possible conflict of interest or lack of impartiality.

Thanks, BEOSP. I should have taken the time to look it up rather than rely on spellcheck to show it as incorrect. :blushing: But I do still wonder why a judge today might feel he would need to exit the case. Maybe just too close to the DA's office?

I did a search of 30,000 newspaper articles about the case, to see if Judge Hartman's name came up, but nothing. So maybe it has to do with him being too close to the DA's office? Or maybe he is too close to some of the lawyers involved?

Anyway, here's an article that Judge Lowenbach wrote about protecting children's well-being from their caregivers: http://www.casaforchildren.org/site/c.mtJSJ7MPIsE/b.7792473/k.8F77/JP_6_Lowenbach.htm

Here's another tidbit about him:
District Judge J. Robert Lowenbach , who helped establish the Weld County Child Welfare Collaborative in 2005, will spearhead the project.

Apparently, Hartman just became a judge on July 24th. Before that, he was a professor and partner in a law firm.
