Where is Casey????:crazy::crazy:
Who cares? She's yesterdays' nightmare. I hope we never hear about her again. Just sayin'

I still find that 15 police working on the case is significant. The fact that a very high priced attorney to known stars is significant. Also a very expensive PR firm has been hired is significant. Who the heck needs a very high priced law firm and PR firm unless there is more hidden than exposed? Stay tuned.

I don't think it has any significance imo. With the kind of money he has, he probably has these people on speed dial. They're probably his best friends. Just sayin.......
Interesting thought - thank you.
A law enforcement source told Radar Online, The San Diego Sheriff's Department will be obtaining a search warrant to review the footage. Investigators want to confirm details of what Jonah, Adam, and Dina [Shacknai's second ex-wife and the mother of Max], have revealed to them. Jonah maintains that he was at the hospital when Rebecca's body was found. This is a very fluid investigation.

I'm glad LE is looking at the video to make sure there's nothing hinky going on.

I don't know Linda. The officer in the press conference said he didn't want to disclose what type of material she was binded with but said she was suspended by rope. The media mentioned the electrical cord.
I don't necessarily believe that Rebekkah was killed because she was blamed for Maxie's accident. Maybe she was killed so she wouldn't tell anyone what really happened to Maxie. I don't know what happened, but I'm not buying the simple fall down the stairs story.
I think she either refused to continue to participate in a cover-up, or was using what she knew about it to manipulate Jonah. What if she told him, "marry me or I'll tell"?
I don't believe the spin about his intention to marry her. Why would he want to share his assets? He doesn't seem like a lovey-dovey family man to me!
I could have been an orange colored rope. Those photos on the web are not too clear.
Sorry to quote myself...Cazzie said:I read "somewhere" that JS utilized/utilizes his own products (the cosmetic enhancement ones). If true, I wonder what, if any, side effects there could be?
While the setting might not have to be "perfect" it still has to make some sense. A person given CPR has to be laid on their back (on a hard surface). So, how is it possible to give CPR to someone whose hands are tied behind their back? You can't even lay the victim flat on her back because hands are behind her back. I imagine people trained in CPR would have cut the cord holding the hands behind back first before giving CPR.You do the best CPR you can in any given setting.
Including initiating it as soon as possible.
Some/most are not in the perfect setting or location
nor is the victim always in the best position for receiving CPR.

Your comments are true, but it's not always possible to get the person flat on their back & on a hard surface. You just do the best you can in any situation.
If rigor mortis had set in, as I believe it had, cutting the cord wouldn't have done any good, in order to move her arms to her sides.
If rigor had set in, the EMT's (or whoever responded) would not have initiated CPR
Not to be argumentative, but I don't believe the police said she was not hogtied. At the press conference, he said, she didn't APPEAR to be. IMO, that doesn't mean that she wasn't hogtied at some point.
What is your explanation as to why her legs are bent in the position they are?
I am very troubled by the fact that Max's sister was whisked away immediately after the accident to SC. Why? Wouldn't she stay for the funeral? Something is not at all right with this picture.
According to HLN yesterday, it wasn't MS's sister is was RN's sister that was there when he fell and it was RN's sister that made the 911 call for that fall.I am very troubled by the fact that Max's sister was whisked away immediately after the accident to SC. The reason I'm wondering is that could it explain some of the rumors of JS' behavior and the reported DV with DS? For example, could any of the cosmetic enhancement treatments contain steroids or any other substances that cause violent/abusive behavior (a la "roid rage")? I'm asking in the context of the former JS/DS marriage, the JS/RN live-in relationship, family dynamics, and RN's death.
And then there is the alleged alcohol issue (with JS). I'm sure we all know "happy drunks" and those that are not so happy (understatement) when they are under the influence, IYKWIM.
I agree, I'm not sure the reports are true. Nonetheless...if he did lay her face up, why would her legs be bent?
In my mind, from the images, it makes more sense that he did lay her face down and they tried to roll her over, otherwise, I just don't see her legs being bent at all, unless rigor had set in. If she wasn't in rigor, I believe they would have laid her on her back, legs straight out, etc. like you are supposed to do to render CPR.
Don't mean to keep going round and round about it, we'll just have to agree to disagree.![]()
Honestly I wasn't there and can't explain the position of her body. Maybe the perp position her body??????
