The autopsy would tell if she were actually manually strangled to death and the "hanging" was staging...right?

That same night, a neighbor reportedly heard loud music coming from the mansion. Sergeant Frank wouldnt comment on the report, adding only that sometimes it comes down to perception.

The discussion on the neighbor is on thread one.
I'll try and find it.
IIRC he did a live interview.
I know Radar also reported it, on their site.
IMO
I am not so sure. What would be the difference?
Lots of speculation in last thread about "planking" and/or "owling" having been involved in MS' fall with the resulting MS having been fatally injured and GS "injured".
I don't think we've seen any MSM confirmation of this .... yet ?
Perception of what? How loud the music was? If the neighbor could hear it, I presume it had to be pretty loud. It's a big house with what looks to be a big yard.
Person with the strongest motive? RN. The others might blame/hate her later, but right now they are in shock and grief, occupied at the hospital, and far too involved in just processing grief moment by moment to send Ninja assassins in. That kind of revenge response is usually longer in the works. But we have a lot of knowledge of the on-the-spot suicide when a family member has just accidentally shot a loved one.
Person to benefit? RN. Imagine her misery and anticipation of more to come.
Why would a murderer trying to stage this not untie her feet or hands so that we all wouldn't be raising these questions?
Impossible to kill herself this way? She could be extremely fit, well-coordinated, pliable etc. Look what Yoga has done for Madonna, the martial arts for others. And the experts say this is not the first time suicide has been committed in this manner.
I think there is a strong statement in the manner and possibly a ritualistic aspect.
The fact that LE has sealed the autopsy results tells me they don't think it is a simple, straightforward suicide.
I can imagine them keeping the gruesome details sealed out of respect for the family, but at the same time, if it's been ruled a suicide, why not at least release that fact rather than keeping the family in suspense?
I would imagine if a person was manually strangled the bruising would be very different than if a person hanged herself. If the victim was both strangled and hung...i dunno. I am hoping there would be enough evidence of both left on her body, under the skin.
Yes - according to a poster here whose brother (?) works for a ME.
The place where we were stumped with this discussion in the last thread (?) was:
IF a perp strangulated RN with a rope, which was later used as the noose rope, would ME be able to distinguish between this hypothetical murder from suicide by hanging?
My understanding from the discussion was also that the strangulation with rope would have had to be angled on the neck to mimic damage that a noose would leave in order to possibly fool ME.
Disclaimer: I don't have any expertise in this area, just reporting what was discussed and stated.
Haven't quite caught up today but here's a what if.....
What if she took a shower and didn't dress herself afterwards, not wanting to ruin her beautiful expensive clothes? I think she was in very good shape and probably not shy about being seen naked because of that. I also believe her clothes would be VERY expensive and something she might not be inclined to ruin. Yes I know that she would never be able to wear them again anyway but that doesn't mean it wasn't strongly ingrained to take good care of her belongings....
the body does not bruise after death..therefore if she is strangled..body will show those marks. if hanged body will show noose marks..with part of bruising high that the other..depending on location of noose.
