Inobu, I do appreciate your posts and I can agree with you on a few points.

I agree with the hinkyness of the scene...and I appreciate your ability to articulate it so well. Well done, I get it, and thank you for the effort. I can totally see AS helping JS clean up....it's possible, in my mind.

I just think it would be much easier if you would post the answer, your conclusion and how you come to it, rather than giving us pointers to find the answer you seem to already know, lol...if that makes any sense...

I though it better for fellow Websleuthers to validate their findings then me to just point it out. I guess that's from my role as a trainer for some time.

I'm not sure if you caught it but the cord issue was noted in my initial viewing of the news feed. I just could not find the image to verify it again until Bonepile posted it again. My theory was established long ago.

I'm in a holding pattern waiting for what LE says. I have my theory established and the suspected account. I have left clues in some of my posting as to some of the circumstances from which I derived my conclusion.

After it is said and done I will point those out.

If I posted my theory I will surly be attacked as it happens just from me not believing AS account I can just imagine what would happen if I posted what I thought in detail.

The reason I give out the pointers as it seems, is that a lot of facts that are pertinent for the case is not discussed or I missed the discussion. So I throw it out there with limited input in hopes that someone picks up it, if they do then I know its not me running off on a tangent. Just a self check

That second call to the kennel for example it is huge, depending on who made it and when. I'm not sure if anyone picked that up but that will play big......

Even the media was played and did not know it. I will point that out too (at a later date)

As you pointed out the longer the delay the bigger the question.

I am basing this post on the memory of a picture which I can't find! It is the picture which shows the Juliet balcony with a shortish (2feet) bit of rope dangling down from the center of it.

If the hanging rope was anchored inside and ran through the uprights of the balcony, that means it's unlikely that a suicide was committed by going over the rail toward the ground. The rope would have to be threaded thru the uprights and brought up onto the balcony, then placed about the neck (possibly with bound hands and/or feet). Only then could the person go over the top of the balcony rail to the ground. It would make it difficult to know how much rope would be required to avoid hitting the ground and not achieving your 'goal'.

So I am assuming that the rope would have been threaded through the uprights, and the dread act would have been achieved by performing all the necessary binding and noosing and jumping from the table top. Again, if the rope was too long, you wouldn't get the desired results, so it had to be kept short.

And if it was short, of course you couldn't put it around your neck until you had climbed up on the table. And you couldn't climb on the table if you were tightly bound- so you would have to stand or sit on the table while you bound yourself, then noose yourself, then jump. Since the rope couldn't be very long, it must have been just long enough to extend to your neck.

We don't know exactly how far it was from the balcony floor to the ground, say 10-15 feet. If it was 10 feet, then the cut end of the rope was about 8 feet off the ground after she was cut down, or 9 feet or 11 feet, etc. A 6' tall person standing on a 3 foot table could easily cut the rope, since he would be almost bumping his head on the balcony when he cut it. But if the rope was designed to be only long enough to permit a hanging, then why would it need to be cut so far up on the wall?

She stands on the 3' table and jumps.

Her feet are, say, 2 feet from the ground. She's 5' tall, so the noose is only 6 feet off the ground. I'm not tall, but I could reach up and cut the rope (near her neck) without standing on the table. If the cut part of the rope is 8' off the ground (I'm thinking the balcony is more like
12-15'), I can only reach it by standing on the table.

If it (the rope cut) is 10-12' off the ground, I can't reach high enough even if I stand on the table.

So why was the rope cut so far up the wall? Her bent knees may indicate that she was hanging in an almost squatting position, making the noose only 4 or 5' feet off the ground.

pferrin, do we know for an absolute certainty that the 2nd female at the house was GS? Did they say her name at some point on the dispatch? The reason I am asking is because a reporter on HLN said the 2nd female at the home during the accident was absolutely not GS, but was RN's younger sister.

I STILL would like to know more about RN's x-husband Neil J Nalepa.

Like were was he July 13, 2011?

After all he is RN's newly divorced x-husband
(I know they parted longer ago, RN started dating JS in 2009, anyone know exactly when RN and NN parted? and when they married?)

In Feb 2011 RN's divorce from NN was final.

In May 2011 RN had successfully petitioned to revert to her maiden name, Rebecca Zahau

So what was her reason to change her name from Nalepa back to her maiden name?

Could the reason be that ´there was somthing about NN that made her feel bad bearing his name?

What ended their relationship? What was their brake up like ? how was the divorce? How was their relationship after the divorce? any serious issues? domestic violence in the past etc?

July 2011 Apparently RN was in contact with NN in the week leading up to her death. Was it by phone? Or did they meet face to face? and what was their contact about?

I absolutely agree with you about HLN, especially Nancy Grace. Don't know why I still watch, old habits die hard I guess. And yes, they could have been throwing out misinformation in hopes of hooking someone in the family for an interview. But then again, the info could have been correct. I guess I was hoping that you actually heard some reference during the dispatch calls that confirmed the 2nd female to be GS. Thanks for providing the info from the calls, it is always good to have first hand info rather than relying on the media & all the misinformation they spew.

Maybe the person(s) who cut her down was on the balcony and not standing on the table. And that the table broke from her falling onto the table (if that was even how the leg was broken).

I am not certain that we know that AS said he stood on the table to cut her down. I have read so much on this thread, that I just don't recall and will have to go back and see. It was my understanding that he simply reported that he cut her down.

This article doesn't speak to making two phone calls. He picked the dog up on Tuesday around 8:45 am. He was busy Monday afternoon and didn't have time to take Ocean to the vet to get shots updated.

Inobu, are you saying there are 2 phone calls documented via MSM that happened between RN and doggy day care gentlemen? Or are you talking about the phone call made on Thursday by "family" friend to have the dog stay awhile longer.

At this time, I would like LE to release if this case is a suicide or homicide.

I have such a strange/funny feeling about this case. RN was married to NN for what 6 years before she started seeing JS, and they didn't get divorced until early 2011. I'm sure they stayed in contact. Was she with JS or NN when she was convicted?

In 2009, she went into a Macy's store and put more than $1,000-worth of jewellery into different shopping bags. Security officers grabbed her as she was walking out and called police.

I found the pictures quite interesting, in earlier pictures he has a look of innocence and the latter FB pic he looks like he's been through a lot. Life does that. I follow ur theory, I was chasing it down at one point trying to look outside the box, but it died when I couldn't find any confirmation that he said anything about a joint credit card and how she's becomed accustomed to a life of luxery. I searched everyone on the internet for those references and came up with nothing. So that theory died. But it's still worth something if anyone can find that he did in fact make those bitter sounding comments.

At this point, I'm going to say he had nothing to do with it...and I feel bad for him.

I have thought about the possibility of a wrongful death lawsuit threat as well. There is some reason why RN was not at the hospital with JS on Tuesday night. After all, she specifically told the kennel owner that she needed to board the dog so she could be at the hospital. Why would she need to board the dog if she expected to return home every night? If RN & JS had such a loving, supportive relationship, wouldn't she want to be by his side every minute? Wouldn't he want her to be there? I think something went down between RN & DS at some point prior to Tues night, and RN may have been asked to stay at home.

Even though RN & JS were a 'couple', in that situation, where there is a critically injured child, she was the outsider, the "other woman." If I were the mother, I definitely would not want her anywhere near my son. From what we have heard about the Shacknai divorce, Dina did not want it, and had a hard time letting go. The other woman now is in her house, with her husband and her son. A lot to deal with if you still "love" your ex husband. MOO
