There's no way, no way, this can be legit, imo. Why would Mesa PD delete emails for Travis? Why put MPD in legal hot water, jeopardize an upcoming trial? And yes, how would the DT know this unless it came from their monstrous client's lying lips? I, too, need to see much more. There are no words to describe the odious abhorrent handling of this defense!

To add to/sum up what some others have pointed out (and maybe add one new twist)....
According to this, Travis just happened to start accessing interneton the same day JA stole the gun she used in killing him. And he even continued accessing it after she had killed him. That seems credible - NOT!
And further, it means that in the course of three hours from check-out time to check-in time - so not counting any transportation time, time spent waiting at the forensics end, time spent waiting for Flores after they were done, etc. - that they were able to find and delete every single one of thousands of references tosites on Travis's computer. The transportation and wait times could have been short - maybe it was in the same building and Flores had a person ready to start on it right away and he stayed to leave with it as soon as they were done - but still this seems very fishy to me. If he got the forensics people to participate in this grand conspiracy, then was he too stupid to remove any record of having brought it over there? I most certainly think NOT!
Even though it seems rather far-fetched, it seems more likely given the timing that Jodi sent him an email with a link she got him to click on that infected his computer with malware when she started planning his murder. (Others have theorized that above.) However, if she had done that, then it seems like she would have been able to get Dworkin to find this alleged evidence at that time. All she had to say was, "I know it was there because he showed me someon that last day we were together," and the Dworkin could have dug further.
I smell a rat, and it's not in the Mesa PD or DA's office.
I agree. There is no way the PD would tamper with the case. They didn't know Travis. What would be their motive?
Lowdown doesn't begin to describe MK or this carp. Nurmi can't convince even JSS to hit JM with misconduct charges, so he's gonna just make up grounds?
Because I do not believe this at all. If there wason the computer she would have stood by the story of seeing him on the computer, not with paper pics that swirled to the floor- once.
AND she would have talked about how involved he always was with it, blah blah lie blah.
Its not there.
FYI.....supposedly accessed on June 10. The Compaq computer was removed from TA's house on that date. Maybe LE turned computer on before or after removal and that possible Trojan virus kicked in?

I think we're getting closer to Jodi's mysterious virus/bug eating story. The date and volume of sites visited suggests malware. Either she planted it on the day of the murder or on the 28th somehow. I never knew what she was doing and thought people who said she was probably trying to plantwere crazy because her defense was going to be she was never there. I think you guys called it and I always thought she was trying to explain away the virus they'd find or just show she has knowledge of Travis' computer when they did find the virus. My thought was the CD was a virus.
My question is this:
If Juan can prove this virus originated with Jodi and/or explain why previous experts missed it, does that negate its exculpatory status and an appeals court might decide even if this were found sooner it wouldn't have helped her anyway? Just spit balling?
I believe it was mentioned in the first trial that when the computer was turned on for the first time there was a warning about a virus. So they did know about it.

They say she wasn't in AZ when thewas accessed.
