I can't believe he's proud of that pic. Yuck.

I can believe it as I've seen first hand how far down the rabbit hole he's fallen. He not only trash talked Juan Martinez to me but Travis Alexander, Tanisha, the whole family, ME to my face. He's a rabid Jodi loving dog who needs to be muzzled. I said it.

Thanks for trying..:seeya: I'm just scrolling by like lightning fast. Another page will come soon.

This is the most sickening moment of this whole trial, for me at least. If she walks that will genuinely be the end of trial watching for me. Worse than FCA, given that JACK was found guilty.

Wish I'd been successful, sorry, I don't want to see her face either, this whole thing is so very upsetting.

Could this motion be a hoax? Please?

lol, quite understandable.

So, if those sites are inoperable like the ones I searched, how will they go about proving they are child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites? And if they can't, then what?
They can probably dig up who managed the domains for the websites, when they went up, came down etc.
IDK, I'm trying to be realistic and remind myself Jodi will never walk, and if she does, it won't be for long.

Does anyone have a link-- that still works -- to JACK's 12 page motion to fire Nurmi? She listed in it the "leads" she thought Nurmi had blown off. Want to see what if anything she said then about TA's hard drive.

Maybe you're thinking of some "leads" she mentioned in the post-verdict Troy Hayden interview? Here's a couple of quotes from that, although they don;t relate to Travis' computer. There might be more about unused evidence in there, but can't face listening to it all just now - for obvious reasons.

...There's a photograph on my hard drive which my attorneys didn't feel was relevant, but it's a picture of him chasing around a naked 4-year-old boy with his Bible open, pretending to be a Catholic priest. I don`t know why. We were all hanging out. I thought it was silly at the time and I snapped the photograph. And at the time, I just thought he was mocking the Catholic church in poor taste, and then that was that... But that was a year before I walked in on him. And so after that incident of walking in on him, I began to put all these things together, and that was one of the puzzle pieces that seems to make sense to me.

[Arias' computer hard drive was (conveniently) partially/largely destroyed when it was found at her grandparents' house - for some reason very little (if any?) mention was made of it in the trial, iirc.]

...There was a man who saw me with bruises all over. I would have made every effort to find him, and they didn't. There are other people who saw me with bruises, my friends, my sisters. And the defense didn't call them for their own reasons. And I think that would have corroborated some of the things that I said... On the hard drive that we just discussed, the one that was not part of my trial, I took pictures of myself during that time not specifically for that purpose, but just being on the road. And I just keep thinking maybe it was in that photo, tons of things..."

The Wayback Machine might show some content but I'm not going there. Going to bed soon though, hope I don't have nightmares.

I'd really really like to know who that "Private Investigator" is/was
The "secret witness" perhaps with a CV loaded up like ALVs. :eyeroll:

Well he's a man and apparently has fallen for Jodi and all her tales. Let's just be thankful he didn't land on the jury or someone like him didn't land on the jury otherwise we would still be working on getting her convicted.

I feel sick---just like I felt after Jose Baez gave his OS and threw George under the moving bus.

It's quite easy to install that hard drive into a computer, set the date for May 28, 2008, and plant those files, fake deletions and all. Nurmi wouldn't be stupid enough to do something like this, but if it happened while Arias was pro se, and it was her 'investigator' under her direction, it's very possible. Hopefully Juan will be on this, and JSS won't jump to dismiss before he gets his chance.

This would be relatively easy to prove as well. The PD probably has a mirror image of the drive as it was when they turned it over to the defense, and bit for bit comparison will reveal any 'additions' by the defense.

For anyone who wishes to check the sites listed in the motion, without the fear of a computer virus (or whatever), you can use
The Wayback Machine website at http://archive.org/web/web.php

Of the ones I checked, I could find only one that had historical "screenshots" (I did not check all).

There may be other programs with better results, but it's late and I'm headed to bed.

She can't dismiss before the state has the opportunity to respond. But what I am afraid is that even if these claims aren't true that Judge Stephens will take the death penalty off the table anyway. Mainly because IMO she has gone down a rabbit hole with decisions in this case.

Meanwhile I hope folks on other sites chill out. Nurmi's reading too, no doubt, and lapping up what amounts to death threats. Sickening beyond all measure where he's taken this.

I really really HOPE the judge just ends the circus and gives the killer LWOP, and calls it a day. :jail:

I don't see how the court can dismiss charges- not sure about the DP- but dismissal of all charges? I just can't see that. Wouldn't that be an appellate issue?

Problem is I'm not 100% that Judge Stephens wouldn't give her LWP after 25 years. More than likely she would sentence bed LWOP but I'm not certain she would
