Jodi is more diabolical than I ever could have imagined.

This has her name written all over it.

I wish I had gone to bed without checking in one last time. UGH.

Correct it does sound like ALL Jodi but she didn't write this motion. Her defense team did so they have a heaping amount of culpability to swallow if all this is untrue. Which I'm inclined to believe it is. The dates are just too fishy.

The issue I have with this is the timing. Why, after more than 6 years since she murdered Travis, and her saying for a while now that she supposedly saw child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer, or that he had pictures, why did the defense not check his computer before this? It's literally been years and years.....why wait till now?

Breath people, breath. Stop and think for 1 minute. We all know that this is just complete and utter BS, either from her so called new expert or from malware Trojan virus. Those sites are all malware, he did not access those sites in May, June or any other date. Trust your gut, trust Juan and most importantly, trust Travis. I know I do, and I'm not worried at all.

You can look this guy up on ripoff report.

May I please just interject a tangential vent here for a second and hopefully allow some relief from this current mess to another frustration before I hit the hay?

I'm currently tangling with an attorney on twitter who's following this trial by the name of Brent Kleinman who may I say is full of *@^@. He's on there trying to pull some atty rank saying that DP killers only get one paid appeal but have to foot the bill for the rest (who does this idiot think pays for the decades of appeals each and every death row inmate is getting?) then he's taking it further saying the MAJORITY of the dp appeals costs are incurred by the State (which is like saying someone is getting frivolously sued so it's their fault the court costs are expensive while they defend themselves). Then he's saying that most DP appeals are done probono.

He's a *@*^@ing estate planning and "entertainment" lawyer. I just tweeted that an estate planning atty claiming to be an expert on death penalty appellate law is like a Psychiatrist performing open heart surgery in it's validity (or something like that).

What a f'ing idiot.

Ok, I'm done now. Mama don't play well with arrogant dumbos. Arrogant I can handle, if you're smart and back it up...but stupid and arrogant, Mama no likey and I'm pointing at you Alyce La Violette.

Boom..and thank you for this bedtime story. I'm glad I came on to rant just to see this. xo

I can read them all too....and am not in the slightest bit tempted to look up any of them.

I hope the history of these sites was checked. Who owned them and when they were created.

MOO

Don't worry Juan will be all over this. I smell another situation like the smuggled coded magazines. And if that's what this ends up being Jodi is far more vicious than I ever thought possible.

Haven't been on in ages but after reading this post it's great to be back! I thought Twitter would be better than these boards for my carpal tunnel but it's not worth the headaches!! This is where the truth is and where the interest truly lays in getting JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS!!

I really want to look at this new motion but my eyes are too tired.

Seen a fb post and get the impression it's about websites travis apparently visited...? Half asleep so I an probably wrong

I was just about to post this. If you do a search on the sites listed in the motion, particularly the "potential child 🤬🤬🤬🤬" ones (which, to my knowledge, they are not, but I'm not going to directly access the sites myself to check), they are all attributed to malware.

I just checked in here to see if Trial is still set for Wednesday and OMG ... OMG ... WTH and WTF ?

I do NOT believe for one minute that Travis was looking up any 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites on his computer -- especially child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ! Absolutely NO way !

And IF -- IF there was any type of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 whatsoever on his computer, you can bet your boots Jodi Arias put it there !

This defense has gone waaaaaaaaaaay too far ... it is absolutely incomprehensible that the defense is even allowed to put out such BS about Travis ... Travis' Family has been through enough !

Absolutely despicable the lengths Nurmi and Wilmott have gone through for this 🤬🤬🤬 CMJA !

Sorry for the rant ... but I got out of bed just so I could vent !

:please: for Travis and His Family !!!

They can probably dig up who managed the domains for the websites, when they went up, came down etc.
IDK, I'm trying to be realistic and remind myself Jodi will never walk, and if she does, it won't be for long.

Nurmi screwed up (shocker) Please note the motion has the date 06/10/08 listed (page 5) for accessing one of the sites...BOOM! Fake - she murdered him 3 times over on the 4th!!!

To expand on this, even if it were true that evidence was destroyed (and I don't buy this for a second), why would anyone in that department manually delete images from a hard drive? They are presumably well aware that images and files "deleted" from a hard drive can be recovered. If someone was going to destroy evidence, the most logical thing to do would be to "lose" the entire hard drive.

Yes, CMJA isn't nearly as smart as she THINKS she is. She could have opened up the PC (unless it was a laptop, which would be harder but still doable) and removed any and all hard drives. If she could get rid of the gun, knife and bloody clothes in the desert, she certainly could have tossed the hard drives away, too. Even if she didn't know how to do that, all she had to do was google it and she would have seen step-by-step instructions many sites. Failing that, she could have just unplugged everything from it and taken the main unit WITH her. She's just plain sloppy.

She said when he booted his laptop there were bugs crawling up his screensaver and she asked what that was all about and he said 'That's my dam virus' (or words to that effect). No virus was found according to LE computer guy (Mendez?).

What self-respecting, modern-day virus coder is going to openly announce its presence to its victims? She probably got that idea from a movie (where characters being typed are often 1" high, and unnecessarily shows EVERY one of thousands, if not millions of photos as it searches for identity matches (talk about a major slowdown that would eat up a LOT of memory!), or even an actual screensaver that looks like bugs are eating the screen. I keep thinking of the self-destructing file/photo in the movie "Copycat" that taunted Sigourney Weaver's character as it mooned her and bounced away with the file. That movie came out in 1995. I call bogus on her clunky viral insects.

On February 21, 2013, Jodi Arias was on the stand for a ninth day on Trial Day 21. I had to refresh my memory with youtube about how she forgot the angel he gave her, and came back to the house to find Travis with a paper photo that fluttered to the floor. Remember that ridiculous story with the imagery?

MOO - Liar, always lying and a sneaky killer who delights in her evilness.

She is so full of it! Wish she'd just spontaneously combust in flames right before our eyes. I want to be done with her forever.

Ah, taking a slow deep breath, thank you for listening.

Having taken several deep breaths:

1.) If the worst happened and a mistrial was declared that does NOT mean "she walks". It would mean a new trial. There are actually murderers who have ended up having three trials! Let us hope this one doesn't go that way.

2.) If I have read the motion correctly the Defense Team had Lonnie Dworkin of Compufor examine the hard drive. He testified that he found no 🤬🤬🤬🤬. In the motion the Defense is saying the reason he didn't find any 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is because Menendez had already deleted the 1,000 files.

Why would Lonnie Dworkin of Compufor not have found evidence of those erasures when HE examined the hard drive? It is not like it was only one or two files, we're talking a thousand file deletions were missed?? On a computer that had NO FURTHER ACTIVITY after the death of the owner. Meaning that the "empty spaces" that are created on the hard disk when a deletion occurs would not have been filled in by later data being stored in those empty spaces on the disk.

I do NOT believe this situation is the result of any "virus". Now, I notice that Nurmi does not state who has conducted this latest "Forensic Analysis" for Ms. Arias. What if it is her high-school nephew? There is nothing in that motion that indicates who it was. And all Nurmi has to do is say that he believed it to be true, correct? In fact, could he not end up withdrawing this motion?

As Steve44 mentioned in his post, this can all be forensically tracked. The judge can order three independent firms to perform forensic analysis of the hard drive and see what each of them has to say. But that will take time.

I think there are all kinds of games being played here. And I think Mr. Nurmi is playing them. Remember, he wanted off this case. Badly. He applied several times to get off the case and each time the judge denied him. Well, now, I suspect he has made a kind of perverse game out of it for himself. And yes, I think he is trying to wear the Judge down to the point where she just says "Oh, hell, okay, I'll take the damn death penalty off the table".
