I think that's the sole motive here. KN hopes that at least one jury member sees or hears even a snippet of that and cuts CMJA some slack because Travis was ostensibly a pervert that deserved to be butchered alive. As many have said here, men (and even women) often haveon their computers (and elsewhere). They're men, it happens. I suspect there are thousands of wives out that that would be very surprised, indeed, to see what might be in the the browser cache's of their husbands' computers, even those of many of the fine, upstanding, Mormon men. They may not overtly save the files, but the files are there, anyway, at least temporarily. That CAN happen accidentally, BTW. Have you ever guessed at a logical website name for a famous person, for instance, only to misspell it by ONE letter and end up on a page full of
? I have. That was about 13 years ago, and, I've been pretty careful about guessing website names ever since then. That particular instance was quite memorable for me because I was at WORK at the time and had left my desk for a break while waiting for the slow network to come up, so my screen was full of some major hard-core popups (before we had popup blockers), unattended, for about 15 minutes.
What place hasgot in this case? Images of CMJA's not-so-private parts were shown up close and personal in the courtroom. THAT was
. SHE was the one taking and posing for pornographic photos. The DT has negated any impact MORE
would have. In the overall scheme of the trial, it's pretty much a non-issue at this point. They had down & dirty, free-wheeling, uninhibited sex. So what?
Of course, KN wants to HINT that there was childfound on the computer and subsequently deleted by LE, which makes no sense. If nothing else, any child
found would be SAVED by LE in pursuit of child
investigation, so it STILL would make no sense for anyone to deliberately erase any trace of
from Travis' computer, whether or not it was adult or child in nature.
Absolutely brilliant point!!!!! What self-respecting LE would attempt to cover up child
