Oh good grief!! Now, JA can't be "viewed" by the public?? There was no trial yesterday. No jury. So, the convict was shown, yukking it up with her bff....so what??? The people in the courtroom saw her. It's not like someone sneaked a camera into her private holing hole...cell...

JA was speaking with Maria yesterday. It was available to watch on video. I saw it. No big deal. Someone was standing in front of them trying to block them but was very unsuccessful

People did comment that they were laughing. I don't think they were really laughing but not sad.

Casey Anthony and her team got real good at hiding conversation. This is nothing new, though I'm sure Nurmi WILL make a big deal of it.

I am absolutely positive I have spent more time on these threads discussing the waits, delays, frustrations, etc .. than actually following the trials and commentating on action. I feel like I need some kind of audio alert, so that when court is in session (and I do not mean while there is a sidebar, or any kind of in chamber discussion), I can come in, follow along, then quickly leave so that I don't sit here pulling my hair out.

JS wasn't off the bench. That video was shot while they were in 'secret sidebar', and the camera swung over to the DT table. Maria looked directly into the camera at least twice and made no effort to change her face angle.

Maybe he should have a chat with MDLR about how she might want to start 'appearing' more professional when she's in the courtroom (and on the internet!), given that she isn't receiving a state funded paycheque to giggle and chat with the convict. :gaah:

Is Nurmi whining about the video from yesterday? Where JA and her BFF were laughing and chatting intently @ the defense table? Um . . . . whatever. Yes she was shown in court with her jail stripes - we all know she is in jail. If her Mitigation expert is not familiar with a camera in the courtroom might take video of what you are saying - you might wanna cover your mouth if you are so inclined.

If so, I remember thinking she was quite lovely back then-- her hair looks quite different now. (not trying to be mean at all!!!!)
