I'm about done with this trial. Arias murdered TA and planned it out ahead of time. She's breathing and he was murdered 3x over. I don't give a flying #$^& about the rest. Jodi wanted the trial she got, I don't believe for a moment she wasn't offered a plea that she refused. This trial is so far in the gutter that I'm actually nauseated.

BBM. Other way around. She attempted to blackmail the State and the Alexanders by "offering" to plead guilty to 2nd degree, thus avoiding a trial in which she'd, sadly, be forced to reveal terrible secrets about Travis. The State and the Alexanders said nope, so Jodi is doing everything she possibly can to make them regret it.

Okay, I looked up her twitter a few months ago and saw she was still using it (although it had become public knowledge) hadn't heard that she changed it (and maybe she's quite proud of it lol).

KN- An attack would be to attack Maria Schaffer. A fact is there's computer on computer and his detective testified it wasn't there.

Are you kidding? She will take it under advisement and YES if Nurmi loses he will TRY to appeal it but I don't think they will hear it this time.

Yup, he will appeal it but I hope this trial does not get continued further until he has a chance to appeal it and get a response. JSS really has to take a stand at some point. Enough is enough.
