I don't think she had to bother telling that to JA. Jodi would have NEVER told the truth about what really sparked that rant. She will take that to the grave because that tidbit I believe indicates just how sick and twisted she really is.
Personally I think she told Travis that she recorded their phone sex conversations and planned to use it against him. But I have no proof of that.

JMO, but she should have at least asked CMJA what set him off. Her answer, no matter what it was, would be very telling to a trained psychiatrist.

How many people can this nitwitne$$ offend? She likely champions for the rights of cross dressers to express themselves and find their corner of the world unjudged and she just compared them to pedophiles.

&$^@!O*# I'm trying so hard to keep my language appropriate but I'm saying other words on the inside.

When reading the tweets, I couldn't figure out if she was a blatant opportunist, a few straws short of a bale, or both.

Thanks here's a jury question and answer I find particularly appalling:

Q: If Jodi saw Travis looking at child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 would it change their relationship?

A: Yes. yes it would change. It's like finding your husband cross-dressing.

I think the better analogy would be It's like finding your husband molesting a little boy. After all that's almost what CMJA saw, right? I don't put cross dressing in the same area code as a child molestation. It's actually offensive to use that as an analogy.

I wonder if the juror who asked the question was thinking that the obvious (real-life, honest) answer would be that the relationship would end, and was curious to see what Dr. F. would come up with.

Or just downright vicious.

So, the jury pool...

On Day One, this happened before the jurors were even brought into the courtroom and sworn in:

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 42s 42 seconds ago
We lost a juror. Family emergency #JodiArias #3TVArias Nurmi is objecting to her being let go
--

There must have been 7 alternates originally because this was the rundown as they were brought out and seated (minus the juror with the family emergency):

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 43s 43 seconds ago
12 females on jury #JodiArias #3TVArias

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 19s 19 seconds ago
I see 6 men on jury #JodiArias #3TVArias
--

Then on 10/22:

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 58s 58 seconds ago
Juror 82 who's sister in law knew #JodiArias is on the jury #3TVArias

@TrialDiariesJ: This juror asked Beth if she was Nancy Grace #JodiArias #3TVArias

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 6s 6 seconds ago
Juror 82 is off the jury #jodiarias #3TVArias
--

Then this happened today:

@TrialDiariesJ: Juror 3 has been permanently excused! The book writer!!! OMG #jodiarias #3tvarias
--

So by my count we still have 4 alternates and 12 who will make the decision on life or death.

That is EXACTLY how I took it.

Delivering jury instructions, dodging even the easiest of questions, admonishing attorneys, researching evidence in cases outside the scope of what she was given to review, forgetting notes, failing to understand how time zones work ... she has lots of skills that most of us could never achieve.

thanks bsk, I needed that laugh. This *&$#^&* or as PASA would say "beezy" got right under my skin today.

Some people (like my father) if given the opportunity to ask a question of anybody about anything, they will just ask a question. I think it's good jurors are delving in to it to feel they've given each witness a good going over themselves. I can't imagine an intelligent thorough jury would refuse to deliberate like the foreperson in the last trial. I think smart jurors will carry this sentence to it's one logical conclusion.

I do too. The DT's mitigation case appears to have been centered on one mudslinging petulant out of control rude doc, wrapped up by a no doubt brazen, off-putting and bizarre return to the stand by an unremorseful convicted murderer.

And JM hasn't even had his turn at rebuttal yet. I still have absolute confidence that if the jury is clean they will give her the DP.

That's right I forgot about the bathroom lady. God Jodi really was a total nutcase about Travis.

It's Jodi's strategy, and sure enough, after reading Jose Baez's book, she's now trying Casey Anthony's strategy of throw your dad under the bus by claiming he sexually abused you! (I'm positive that's what her secret testimony was). She probably believes that's why Casey got off!!!

Perhaps the only thing missing is for JA to say that one of the ninjas was named Zenaida.

She testified today that JA did not know what set Travis off.

To quote the greatest prosecutor of all time Catherine Hughes (I was once at a party, met a DEFENSE attorney who said those exact words to me about her) "oh Juan's going to try this case in the rebuttal". So obvious to her. He will slam this home there, he's just getting started.

Good point Steely. I think she did ask her and today she said that Jodi "didn't know" but we all know she damn well knew what set him. And whatever it was it was HUGE to Travis because he had never been that harsh with Jodi before. I also think Travis was running out of patience and knowledge on how to completely get rid of Jodi. Travis was not sophisticated or knowledgeable enough about how to deal with someone as twisted as Jodi.

She might have told him she recorded it, but not at the time it was made!!! There's no way Travis would have gone along with it if he'd known she was recording it!

I wonder why a juror question was something along of the lines of Dr. F not having all the information she needed to testify?
It seems as though at least one of the jurors believed in what she was saying, and not impressed by Juan; or is it because she could not directly answer Juan's questions... IDK, just seemed like an odd question.

I can't speak for PHd's but as an RN it would be unethical for me to form an opinion without insuring I had explored and considered all the data available. I would be responsible for identifying there were pieces of the puzzle missing and to find them. I'm hoping that juror is like me and disgusted at what this woman has said over the past few weeks. The question was a polite version of who are you kidding 'Doc'. JMO

Another reason, in addition to her report of the Deanna lie, I think she talked to Jodi over the break was her now saying Jodi never shaved before Travis. On cross, she admitted this could have been something Jodi always did, but, of course, she was forced to point it out anyway because it concerned her

I'm trying to figure out how that helps Jodi. It's doubtful going bare was new to her when she met Travis, but since Jodi showed up at his home on June 4th with a fresh wax job, and she's now saying she only waxed for Travis, that just goes to premeditation.

If she were an unbiased witness she would have said Jodi told me she didn't know. Seriously, if someone sends you a text or email like that and you don't know you'll write back asking what you did. If you don't write back asking, then you must know. JMO
