It seems to me if this judge would just ask "is there any kiddie porn on Travis' computer" of course the answer would be NO!, than don't allow any talk about porn!

I cant believe there is absolutely no control of the crazy path this trial has taken. Politicians can use this trial as training for how to Filibuster indefinitely.

He will be testifying to incorrect information it seems so he shouldn't have a "career" in computers if he really believes what he's saying. I don't think he believes it though. I think somewhere down the line he can be connected to JA herself. She got him there to look at the computer and then used BN as the "expert" they were going to snow with erroneous information.

I didn't think I could be flabbergasted again by this travesty,but today takes the cake. An expert witness being allowed to disguise his identity, testifying before the State was allowed to depose him, and being allowed to accuse the State of misconduct, that accusation currently still under consideration by the Court.

I think JM knows Sherry will agree with Jodi and cite him with prosecutorial misconduct. She won't even allow him to defend against the allegation.
