I'll bet he spends most of his time on the computer rather than on dates, perhaps on sites supporting JA and offered to "help her out". Seems like just the type of guy that would be supporting her online and maybe writing letters to her. I wonder if he's relocated to AZ?

I wonder if he knows Tony? Or BN? How did he end up in BN's offices analysing this computer?

I didn't think I could be flabbergasted again by this travesty,but today takes the cake. An expert witness being allowed to disguise his identity, testifying before the State was allowed to depose him, and being allowed to accuse the State of misconduct, that accusation currently still under consideration by the Court.

And most of what he is claiming seems like it should be "classified" as an appeal against the original verdict. Why should any of this be allowed as mitigating factor of whether she gets life or death.

If we havent realized it by now, we have been officially derailed from the purpose of being in this phase.

I don't believe there is necessarily any question about visits to sites, but there are as to whether he can prove that they were intentionally visited rather than via some sort of malware or trojan.

And whether it was TA who visited them. I am completely shocked that this testimony is being let in, even in a mitigation/sentencing phase. Shocked.

But, let's keep perspective here. Releasing the transcripts only caters to our curiosity-- it doesn't/shouldn't affect the trial itself as I assume that will continue on today. Let's just remember that JM heard whatever was said and it will be dealt with.

Now, on with today's games!

That's what the DT/Judge want to make you believe. Smoke and mirrors. Let's just forget about the First Amendment which has become the real issue here.
