That's my thinking too Kamille, of course the convicted murderer plotted this during her pro se. Sue Doe Nimh needs to be shaken down by Mr. Martinez. This is too oblivious, this is like the fake letter scam.

We've heard all of this before. Juan will point out that the defense was there when modification were made, and Jodi had possession of the hard rive and presto magic she found because she so smart.


"Witness states his biggest concerns were, "Drives had modification dates after they were taken in to evidence."

I don't believe that the jury has heard it yet.

And I can guarantee they don't understand it.

I know that Neumeister and Nurmi don't.

If I were guessing, I'd suggest that perhaps the hard disk drive of the Compaq Presario was manufactured by Toshiba.

But given that JSKS has reduced this fiasco to trial reporting by Tweet, who can say?

That was my only other thought, that Toshiba made the hard drive, but why hasn't that come up before in any of the motions? Totally confused.

This is a good example of Juan as he does try to get the focus only on what it is supposed to be. But he usually gets shot down with his objections and the DT is allowed to ask all kinds of non-pertinent crud.

Exactly. I thought both sides had to agree on someone's credentials and "expert" status before they could testify? What's the point of having "expert" witnesses with reams of credentials if anyone who can turn on a computer can get up there and lie through their teeth. As a juror I would be trusting that the person has been vetted as someone who knows what they are talking about. Apparently I would be wrong to assume that.
