I tell ya, IF I were on this jury, I would tell the Judge:

"Call me when you have the witness on stand ready to testify ... I'm not wasting my time any more to come sit and wait for hours and hours, only to be told NO court today."

That's exactly what the DT wants, frustrate the jurors so they drop like flies.

According to BK, JM hasn't even interviewed this guy yet. It sounds like it was arranged for Sunday & it was late so this guy refused,

Let's hope--I mean even the blind can see this shell game of DT witness "availability" is orchestrated. You would think that JSS would have figured out that these DT witnesses seem to always be available when they are giving testimony for the Defense but never available for the prosecution to question them. I say JSS should, prior to these alleged experts getting on the stand, ensure their availability for cross examination. JMO

Unbelievable. The US should really consider what we have up here in Canada. The Crown's (prosecution) ability to appeal.

I have a legal question: can a Judge put in a good word/speak up for the side she favors when a SC reviews a motion? ex: in this case, can the Judge ask the SC to fall on the side of Ms Arias in their ruling?

He will be testifying to incorrect information it seems so he shouldn't have a "career" in computers if he really believes what he's saying. I don't think he believes it though. I think somewhere down the line he can be connected to JA herself. She got him there to look at the computer and then used BN as the "expert" they were going to snow with erroneous information.
