Btw, still no sign of Judge Sherry Stephens' ruling on the death penalty. The fact that we are here suggests she ruled against #Jodiarias.

I have the same recollection, but it is founded upon trial report by tweet -- so who knows?

What has this to do with mitigation? This is the sentencing phase.

I guess I was overly optimistic when I heard there would be a ruling on taking DP off the table/Prosecutorial Misconduct. I expected either the trial to end today (ruling in favor of the DT's motion/s) or for it to continue (ruling in favor of the State), not some amalgamation thereof. So disappointed that the judge has allowed the mitigation/sentencing phase to become something other than a sentencing phase--if I understand correctly these issues are related to the guilt phase and should be addressed through appeals, right????

I cannot imagine what the jury is thinking about this testimony--they have to be very confused at this point. This trial is scrambling my brain SMH. Honestly, I am so over all of this.

Bk assumes motion denied. No other info. New...that Flores knew files were modified when he woke the computer.

Whatever the judge ruled we probably won't find out until later when it is filed. Perhaps that's why people are assuming there's no decision even if there has been.
