Yeah sounds like. She's letting all the pertinent testimony in before ruling. It actually makes sense.

But why? How does this affect mitigation? I could understand if we were still in the first phase of this trial, but how does allowing this now remedy anything? And what even needs "remedying"?

From a juror's perspective this trial must be so disjointed! From sexperts who yell @ the prosecutor, to BN's accusations that JM knows nothing about computers to allegations of and prosecutorial/LEO misconduct. Spaghetti meet wall.
